U Hotel Osmoliš u Brsečinama prvi gosti u ovoj sezoni dolaze 17. travnja, kad će ovaj kompleks službeno početi s radom.

- Rezervacije idu dosta dobro, ima razloga za zadovoljstvo. Na kratko vrijeme smo stornirali rezervacije preko platforme booking.com dok nismo usuglasili neke tehničke stvari. Čim smo ih dogovorili, nastavili smo dalje suradnju s njima, kao i s ostalim agencijama koje pune naše kapacitete – kaže Leonardo Bošković pa najavljuje kako će dogodine hotel krenuti s cjelogodišnjim poslovanjem.

- Dosta je upita i zanimanja ne samo individualaca, nego i od grupa koje popune cijeli hotel na tri, četiri dana. Mislim da će restoran već početi raditi cijelu godinu, tako da i domaći ljudi mogu doći – ističe sugovornik.

Kompleks u vlasništvu obitelji Bošković izgrađen je prije tri godine u Brsečinama, kako bi ovo mjesto u sastavu Grada Dubrovnika, 17 kilometara udaljeno od njegovog središta, turistički oživjelo.

- Dosta je toga Osmoliš pokrenuo, podigli smo mjesto, tako da trenutno u Brsečinama privatnici grade 14 novih vila. Povisila se i cijena kvadrata građevinskog zemljišta. Naš restoran otvorenog tipa dobro dođe svima, pogotovo što mogu doći gosti iz postojećih vila i kuća za odmor u Brsečinama, ali i svi koji to žele. Silnu komunalnu naknadu dobije Grad od Brsečina, ali nije puno uložio u njih, gotovo ništa osim vode i puteva kroz mjesto koji su uređeni pa je i pristupačnost bolja, iako su dužni vratiti 60 posto od prihoda u zajednicu koja im je te prihode kroz komunalni doprinos dala – poručuje Leonardo Bošković.

Najčešći su im gosti Francuzi, Nijemci i Nizozemci, a i za ovu sezonu uspjeli su kompletirati radnu snagua pomažu i članovi obitelji koji su uključeni u proces rada hotela.

- Gosti su zadovoljni, recenzije su dobre, nemamo nikakvih pritužbi. Svi su oduševljeni jer u državi možda ima još jedan ovakav boutique hotel koji bi se mogao usporediti s nama. Hotel ima sve što imaju i veći hoteli, wellness, bazene..., a uz njega su i četiri ekskluzivna apartmana – kaže Bošković.

U Hotel Osmoliš u Brsečinama prvi gosti u ovoj sezoni dolaze 17. travnja, kad će ovaj kompleks službeno početi s radom.

- Rezervacije idu dosta dobro, ima razloga za zadovoljstvo. Na kratko vrijeme smo stornirali rezervacije preko platforme booking.com dok nismo usuglasili neke tehničke stvari. Čim smo ih dogovorili, nastavili smo dalje suradnju s njima, kao i s ostalim agencijama koje pune naše kapacitete – kaže Leonardo Bošković pa najavljuje kako će dogodine hotel krenuti s cjelogodišnjim poslovanjem.

- Dosta je upita i zanimanja ne samo individualaca, nego i od grupa koje popune cijeli hotel na tri, četiri dana. Mislim da će restoran već početi raditi cijelu godinu, tako da i domaći ljudi mogu doći – ističe sugovornik.

Kompleks u vlasništvu obitelji Bošković izgrađen je prije tri godine u Brsečinama, kako bi ovo mjesto u sastavu Grada Dubrovnika, 17 kilometara udaljeno od njegovog središta, turistički oživjelo.

- Dosta je toga Osmoliš pokrenuo, podigli smo mjesto, tako da trenutno u Brsečinama privatnici grade 14 novih vila. Povisila se i cijena kvadrata građevinskog zemljišta. Naš restoran otvorenog tipa dobro dođe svima, pogotovo što mogu doći gosti iz postojećih vila i kuća za odmor u Brsečinama, ali i svi koji to žele. Silnu komunalnu naknadu dobije Grad od Brsečina, ali nije puno uložio u njih, gotovo ništa osim vode i puteva kroz mjesto koji su uređeni pa je i pristupačnost bolja, iako su dužni vratiti 60 posto od prihoda u zajednicu koja im je te prihode kroz komunalni doprinos dala – poručuje Leonardo Bošković.

Najčešći su im gosti Francuzi, Nijemci i Nizozemci, a i za ovu sezonu uspjeli su kompletirati radnu snagua pomažu i članovi obitelji koji su uključeni u proces rada hotela.

- Gosti su zadovoljni, recenzije su dobre, nemamo nikakvih pritužbi. Svi su oduševljeni jer u državi možda ima još jedan ovakav boutique hotel koji bi se mogao usporediti s nama. Hotel ima sve što imaju i veći hoteli, wellness, bazene..., a uz njega su i četiri ekskluzivna apartmana – kaže Bošković.

U Hotel Osmoliš u Brsečinama prvi gosti u ovoj sezoni dolaze 17. travnja, kad će ovaj kompleks službeno početi s radom.

- Rezervacije idu dosta dobro, ima razloga za zadovoljstvo. Na kratko vrijeme smo stornirali rezervacije preko platforme booking.com dok nismo usuglasili neke tehničke stvari. Čim smo ih dogovorili, nastavili smo dalje suradnju s njima, kao i s ostalim agencijama koje pune naše kapacitete – kaže Leonardo Bošković pa najavljuje kako će dogodine hotel krenuti s cjelogodišnjim poslovanjem.
