Gdje je nestalo 20 milijuna kuna s računa Grada Dubrovnika, zapitao se danas predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Mato Franković koji je i na svom Facebook profilu objavio status u kojem tvrdi da je 31. prosinca 2016. na kontu Grada bilo 21 milijun kuna, dok će nakon podmirivanja svih računa ostati tek 500 tisuća.

- Tehnički gradonačelnik je u 19 dana nove godine potrošio više od 20 milijuna kuna, odnosno cijeli suficit Grada Dubrovnika., a danas tvrdi da nema ovlasti odobriti 500 tisuća kuna za nekakvu elitnu večeru. Nitko od Andra Vlahušića nije tražio da odobri trošak  za Večeru od Kandelore koja će, usput rečeno, biti tri puta jeftinija od prošlogodišnje. Od njega se samo tražilo da pošalje pozive, što je on odbio rekavši Ja sam Grad i večere neće biti - piše Franković i status završava stihovima pjesme Dobriše Casarića.

Glasnogovornik Grada Dubrovnika Petar Ipšić oštro opovrgava Frankovićeve prozivke na račun trošenja proračunskog suficita:

- Pretpostavljam razočaran što neće biti elitne večere za Kandeloru, Mato Franković se, žao mi je, bavi politikanstvom, iznosi neistine i "kafanske" informacije. Naime, da imalo razumije proračun i pojam "stabilnosti" koji tako često spominje, ne bi ga rušio. Kako mi je potvrdila pročelnica UO za financije, Grad Dubrovnik danas na računu ima 18 milijuna kuna. Što se tiče sredstava iz prošle godine, Grad je podmirio 99 posto računa iz 2016. godine, od kojih dio uvijek pristiže početkom iduće godine,dijelom i zbog toga što je posljednji rebalans usvojen tek u studenom. Među njima su i izdašni troškovi - poput 1,7 milijuna kuna za Studentski dom, 1,7 milijuna kuna za najam prostora Dubrovačkih knjižnica (odluka Gradskog vijeća), 2,3 milijuna kuna za uređenje Mokošice, te za veliki broj projektne dokumentacije ugovorene u 2016. godini za projekte koji se zbog rušenja proračuna nažalost neće moći realizirati u 2017. godini, kao škola na Montovjerni. Dakle, radi se o posve normalnom funkcioniranju Grada i gradskih upravnih odjela. Nitko nije potrošio suficit jer će se suficit znati tek 1. ožujka, nakon što se sukladno zakonu podnese završni financijski obračun za 2016. godinu - pojašnjava Ipšić.

Gdje je nestalo 20 milijuna kuna s računa Grada Dubrovnika, zapitao se danas predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Mato Franković koji je i na svom Facebook profilu objavio status u kojem tvrdi da je 31. prosinca 2016. na kontu Grada bilo 21 milijun kuna, dok će nakon podmirivanja svih računa ostati tek 500 tisuća.

- Tehnički gradonačelnik je u 19 dana nove godine potrošio više od 20 milijuna kuna, odnosno cijeli suficit Grada Dubrovnika., a danas tvrdi da nema ovlasti odobriti 500 tisuća kuna za nekakvu elitnu večeru. Nitko od Andra Vlahušića nije tražio da odobri trošak  za Večeru od Kandelore koja će, usput rečeno, biti tri puta jeftinija od prošlogodišnje. Od njega se samo tražilo da pošalje pozive, što je on odbio rekavši Ja sam Grad i večere neće biti - piše Franković i status završava stihovima pjesme Dobriše Casarića.

Glasnogovornik Grada Dubrovnika Petar Ipšić oštro opovrgava Frankovićeve prozivke na račun trošenja proračunskog suficita:

- Pretpostavljam razočaran što neće biti elitne večere za Kandeloru, Mato Franković se, žao mi je, bavi politikanstvom, iznosi neistine i "kafanske" informacije. Naime, da imalo razumije proračun i pojam "stabilnosti" koji tako često spominje, ne bi ga rušio. Kako mi je potvrdila pročelnica UO za financije, Grad Dubrovnik danas na računu ima 18 milijuna kuna. Što se tiče sredstava iz prošle godine, Grad je podmirio 99 posto računa iz 2016. godine, od kojih dio uvijek pristiže početkom iduće godine,dijelom i zbog toga što je posljednji rebalans usvojen tek u studenom. Među njima su i izdašni troškovi - poput 1,7 milijuna kuna za Studentski dom, 1,7 milijuna kuna za najam prostora Dubrovačkih knjižnica (odluka Gradskog vijeća), 2,3 milijuna kuna za uređenje Mokošice, te za veliki broj projektne dokumentacije ugovorene u 2016. godini za projekte koji se zbog rušenja proračuna nažalost neće moći realizirati u 2017. godini, kao škola na Montovjerni. Dakle, radi se o posve normalnom funkcioniranju Grada i gradskih upravnih odjela. Nitko nije potrošio suficit jer će se suficit znati tek 1. ožujka, nakon što se sukladno zakonu podnese završni financijski obračun za 2016. godinu - pojašnjava Ipšić.
