Više od šest milijuna eura dobio je Grad Dubrovnik za izgradnju novoga Doma umirovljenika. Radi o bespovratnom novcu i gotovo polovici potrebnih sredstava za izgradnju novoga doma na Medarevu  kapaciteta 270 ležajeva.

Na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare gradonačelnik najavljuje kako bi gradnja Doma koji se čeka već dulje od 50 godina mogla početi na proljeće iduće godine te objasnio kako će se namaknuti drugi dio potrebnoga novca.

 -  Krajem listopada ćemo raditi rebalans proračuna kojim bi osigurali proračunski  dio novca i mogli bi krenuti s raspisivanjem javne nabave. U idućih dva mjeseca trebali bi dovršiti razgovore s bankom, pa bi u veljači  iduće godine ako sve bude u redu mogli imati izvođača radova uvedena u posao. Jedan od preduvjeta je rješavanje pitanja električne energije gdje je  HEP već podnio zahtjev za izdavanjem građevinske dozvole za izgradnju nove trafostanice  – rekao je Franković.    On je obrazložio kako će se uz europski novac i državnu pomoć sada lakše zatvoriti financijska konstrukcija za gradnju Doma.  

 - Vrijednost Doma umirovljenika izgradnje i opremanja iznosi nešto malo više od  17 milijuna eura. Važno nam je bilo dobiti  europski novac i da što veći iznos bude prihvaćen kao prihvatljivi troškovi. Ukupni prihvatljiv trošak projekta  doma umirovljenika je 12 milijuna eura, a od toga je malo više od 6 milijuna eura  dodijeljeno je Gradu Dubrovniku od strane resornog ministarstva. Preostali iznos se možemo zadužiti  u komercijalnoj banci bez da nam to ulazi u kreditno zaduženje, a iznos između  12 do 17 milijuna eura ćemo financirati iz vlastitih proračunskih sredstava i  dijelom donacijama. U razgovorima smo sa Zakladom Blaga djela da oni pokriju jedan manji dio, a imamo još  zainteresiranih da u tome sudjeluju. To nam omogućava kapacitet od 270 kreveta gdje 70 kreveta otpada na poludnevni boravak, te još društvene prostorije. To je ključno jer u Dubrovniku se  osim Gruža,  od 1970-tih godina nje izgradio dom za starije, a lista čekanja je takva da ni četiri ovakva nova doma ne bi bila dovoljna – rekao je danas gradonačelnik. Rekao je kako bi gradnja Doma trebala trajati dvije godine. 

Podsjetimo Ugovor o financiranju izgradnje Centra za starije osobe koji će biti smješten ispod Opće bolnice Dubrovnik u vrijednosti je  6.138.045.24 eura i on je gradonačelniku  Matu Frankoviću i županu Nikoli Dobroslaviću u ponedjeljak u Zagrebu uručio predsjednik Vlade Republike Hrvatske Andrej Plenković i ministar rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike Marin Piletić.  Ova bespovratna sredstva su Gradu Dubrovniku i Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji kao partneru odobrena u okviru poziva Izgradnja i opremanje centara za starije osobe (izvaninstitucijske i institucijske usluge) Ministarstva rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike u maksimalnom iznosu od 12.014.045,24 eura prihvatljivih troškova, uz stopu vlastitog sufinanciranja od 48,91 posto.

Budući Centar za starije osobe Dubrovnik na Medarevu, na mjestu nikad izgrađenog „Čačićevog doma“ će biti opremljen restoranom, liječničkom ordinacijom, prostorima za fizikalnu terapiju te društvenim prostorijama.

Više od šest milijuna eura dobio je Grad Dubrovnik za izgradnju novoga Doma umirovljenika. Radi o bespovratnom novcu i gotovo polovici potrebnih sredstava za izgradnju novoga doma na Medarevu  kapaciteta 270 ležajeva.

Na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare gradonačelnik najavljuje kako bi gradnja Doma koji se čeka već dulje od 50 godina mogla početi na proljeće iduće godine te objasnio kako će se namaknuti drugi dio potrebnoga novca.

 -  Krajem listopada ćemo raditi rebalans proračuna kojim bi osigurali proračunski  dio novca i mogli bi krenuti s raspisivanjem javne nabave. U idućih dva mjeseca trebali bi dovršiti razgovore s bankom, pa bi u veljači  iduće godine ako sve bude u redu mogli imati izvođača radova uvedena u posao. Jedan od preduvjeta je rješavanje pitanja električne energije gdje je  HEP već podnio zahtjev za izdavanjem građevinske dozvole za izgradnju nove trafostanice  – rekao je Franković.    On je obrazložio kako će se uz europski novac i državnu pomoć sada lakše zatvoriti financijska konstrukcija za gradnju Doma.  

 - Vrijednost Doma umirovljenika izgradnje i opremanja iznosi nešto malo više od  17 milijuna eura. Važno nam je bilo dobiti  europski novac i da što veći iznos bude prihvaćen kao prihvatljivi troškovi. Ukupni prihvatljiv trošak projekta  doma umirovljenika je 12 milijuna eura, a od toga je malo više od 6 milijuna eura  dodijeljeno je Gradu Dubrovniku od strane resornog ministarstva. Preostali iznos se možemo zadužiti  u komercijalnoj banci bez da nam to ulazi u kreditno zaduženje, a iznos između  12 do 17 milijuna eura ćemo financirati iz vlastitih proračunskih sredstava i  dijelom donacijama. U razgovorima smo sa Zakladom Blaga djela da oni pokriju jedan manji dio, a imamo još  zainteresiranih da u tome sudjeluju. To nam omogućava kapacitet od 270 kreveta gdje 70 kreveta otpada na poludnevni boravak, te još društvene prostorije. To je ključno jer u Dubrovniku se  osim Gruža,  od 1970-tih godina nje izgradio dom za starije, a lista čekanja je takva da ni četiri ovakva nova doma ne bi bila dovoljna – rekao je danas gradonačelnik. Rekao je kako bi gradnja Doma trebala trajati dvije godine. 

Podsjetimo Ugovor o financiranju izgradnje Centra za starije osobe koji će biti smješten ispod Opće bolnice Dubrovnik u vrijednosti je  6.138.045.24 eura i on je gradonačelniku  Matu Frankoviću i županu Nikoli Dobroslaviću u ponedjeljak u Zagrebu uručio predsjednik Vlade Republike Hrvatske Andrej Plenković i ministar rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike Marin Piletić.  Ova bespovratna sredstva su Gradu Dubrovniku i Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji kao partneru odobrena u okviru poziva Izgradnja i opremanje centara za starije osobe (izvaninstitucijske i institucijske usluge) Ministarstva rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike u maksimalnom iznosu od 12.014.045,24 eura prihvatljivih troškova, uz stopu vlastitog sufinanciranja od 48,91 posto.

Budući Centar za starije osobe Dubrovnik na Medarevu, na mjestu nikad izgrađenog „Čačićevog doma“ će biti opremljen restoranom, liječničkom ordinacijom, prostorima za fizikalnu terapiju te društvenim prostorijama.

Od države smo dobili više od 6 milijuna eura za gradnju doma za starije, odmah idemo u rebalans i raspisivanje javne nabave za gradnju

Više od šest milijuna eura dobio je Grad Dubrovnik za izgradnju novoga Doma umirovljenika. Radi o bespovratnom novcu i gotovo polovici potrebnih sredstava za izgradnju novoga doma na Medarevu  kapaciteta 270 ležajeva.

Na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare gradonačelnik najavljuje kako bi gradnja Doma koji se čeka već dulje od 50 godina mogla početi na proljeće iduće godine te objasnio kako će se namaknuti drugi dio potrebnoga novca.

 -  Krajem listopada ćemo raditi rebalans proračuna kojim bi osigurali proračunski  dio novca i mogli bi krenuti s raspisivanjem javne nabave. U idućih dva mjeseca trebali bi dovršiti razgovore s bankom, pa bi u veljači  iduće godine ako sve bude u redu mogli imati izvođača radova uvedena u posao. Jedan od preduvjeta je rješavanje pitanja električne energije gdje je  HEP već podnio zahtjev za izdavanjem građevinske dozvole za izgradnju nove trafostanice  – rekao je Franković.    On je obrazložio kako će se uz europski novac i državnu pomoć sada lakše zatvoriti financijska konstrukcija za gradnju Doma.  

 - Vrijednost Doma umirovljenika izgradnje i opremanja iznosi nešto malo više od  17 milijuna eura. Važno nam je bilo dobiti  europski novac i da što veći iznos bude prihvaćen kao prihvatljivi troškovi. Ukupni prihvatljiv trošak projekta  doma umirovljenika je 12 milijuna eura, a od toga je malo više od 6 milijuna eura  dodijeljeno je Gradu Dubrovniku od strane resornog ministarstva.
