Posao gradonačelnika je da upravlja gradom. Njegove odluke mogu biti i nepopularne, mogu čak biti i pogrešne, ali je važno da su donesene u dobroj vjeri pa će na idućim izborima građani odlučiti jesu li im bile od koristi. Prema tome, Matov najnoviji spin o zabrani paletara i karića, strogoj zabrani povlačenja kufera kroz ulicu jednostavno nije ništa drugo nego nastavak politike koju Srđevci zovu F*ck the Citizens.

Da bi dostigli dopuštenu razinu buke, ženama strogo treba zabraniti cipele na take. Klompe se više ne nose, ali kad žene u tacima idu preko Straduna, to je kao da te tuckaju po glavi. A da župan Dobroslavić ne bi pomislio da smo njega zaboravili - župane, jeste li izmjerili koliku buku stvara avion kad slijeće preko Cavtata ili s one bande, preko Čilipa? Preko sto decibela, župane! I Konavjani su ljudi, župane. Treba zabranit slijetanja od ure do pet popodne i navečer od 10 do 8 ujutro.

Uostalom, kad provedemo sve zabrane - kad se riješimo kufera s kotačima, žena na tacima, kad zabranimo tange, kad gosti budu preko Straduna išli na prstima, a vodiči šaputali (to je 25 decibela) - u Dubrovnik će stizati taman toliko gostiju da aerodrom ne treba ni raditi nego od 8 do 13 i od 17 do 23 sata. A i naspavat ćemo se jer drugog posla neće biti. Onda ćemo shvatiti da smo pretjerali.

Posao gradonačelnika je da upravlja gradom. Njegove odluke mogu biti i nepopularne, mogu čak biti i pogrešne, ali je važno da su donesene u dobroj vjeri pa će na idućim izborima građani odlučiti jesu li im bile od koristi. Ponekad gradonačelnik mora poslušati i mišljenje opozicije, malo češće mora uvažiti glas koalicijskih partnera, a što češće glas naroda. Sad je takav trenutak.

Posao gradonačelnika je da upravlja gradom. Njegove odluke mogu biti i nepopularne, mogu čak biti i pogrešne, ali je važno da su donesene u dobroj vjeri pa će na idućim izborima građani odlučiti jesu li im bile od koristi. Ponekad gradonačelnik mora poslušati i mišljenje opozicije, malo češće mora uvažiti glas koalicijskih partnera, a što češće glas naroda. Sad je takav trenutak.

Srđ je Grad još je 2018. jasno ocijenio da je HDZ-ov projekt Respect the City samo zvučni hashtag Vlahušićeve prakse F.ck the Citizens. Pola dalmatinskih gradova i lijep broj mediteranskih pokušava prekopirati Matov projekt za koji Srđevci kažu da je obična manipulacija, ali pustimo to. Sad je vrijeme da se posluša Srđevce koji su još onda na 1500 mjesta unutar zidina izmjerili buku i utvrdili da ona na 81 posto lokacija nadilazi zakonom propisanih 55 decibela tijekom dana, a 45 decibela noću. Nakon dvije godine, vrijeme je da se Mato trgne i napravi nešto da stanovnici povijesne jezgre i njihovi gosti mogu spavati normalno.

Ponovimo, dnevna razina buke ne smije prelaziti 55 decibela. Žestoki pljusak kiše pravi buku od 50 decibela, normalan razgovor i perilica za suđe 60, usisivač 70 decibela. Trajna buka iznad 85 decibela (buka koju stvaraju vozila brža od 70 km na sat ili bučni restorani) može kod ljudi i uzrokovati glavobolje. Prema tome, Matov najnoviji spin o zabrani paletara i karića, strogoj zabrani povlačenja kufera kroz ulicu jednostavno nije ništa drugo nego nastavak politike koju Srđevci zovu F*ck the Citizens.

Da bi dostigli dopuštenu razinu buke, ženama strogo treba zabraniti cipele na take. Klompe se više ne nose, ali kad žene u tacima idu preko Straduna, to je kao da te tuckaju po glavi. A ako se za njima okreneš, onda još od svoje dobiješ i šamarčinu. Ne znam koliko je to decibela, ali znam da ne može biti tiho. Budući da normalan ljudski razgovor već dostiže graničnu vrijednost propisane buke, turistički vodiči ne bi smjeli voditi više od dvoje turista odjednom. Ili neka stanu na Pilama, ispričaju gostima što se ima za rijet, pokupe pare i idu doma.

Mato, građani Dubrovnika ne žele polovična rješenja. Podmaži lance na Pilama i na Pločama, pa iza ponoća lijepo zatvori butigu.

A da župan Dobroslavić ne bi pomislio da smo njega zaboravili - župane, jeste li izmjerili koliku buku stvara avion kad slijeće preko Cavtata ili s one bande, preko Čilipa? Preko sto decibela, župane! I Konavjani su ljudi, župane. Treba zabranit slijetanja od ure do pet popodne i navečer od 10 do 8 ujutro.
