Prijedlog odluke o privremenoj zabrani izvođenja građevinskih radova na području Grada Dubrovnika potaknuo je vijećnike na raspravu. Neki od njih smatraju kako se previše izlazi ususret građevinarima, Đuro Capor (SJG) predstavio je amandman na ovu točku predlažući da se vrati rečenica koja je stajala prije covida, ‘radovi na konstrukciji građevine‘ jer više nije opravdana.

-Ako se hvalimo turizmom, trebamo jednakim kriterijem kako ograničavamo buku u ugostiteljskim objektima smanjiti i buku na gradilištima. Pripremio sam i primjere drugih gradova kako su su oni to riješili, Pula za 2024. i Split 2023. odredili su u kojim djelovima grada se može i u koje sate, a kad se ne može raditi. Umjesto cvrčaka slušamo torne. Pomažemo građevinsku stihiju, iznenadit će nas nicanje još 4 tisuće apartmana." 

Terezina Orlić rekla je kako su građevinari bili zakinuti pa su se pobunili, te da je postignut kompromis i suživot. "Zakon je jasno rekao što se može" - rekla je Orlić, dok joj je Capor uzvratio "Gospođo Terezina, mi ovdje nismo predstavnici građevinara, nego građana i netko treba o građanima govoriti." Dodao je da je ovo podržavanje građevinara i mešetarenja nekretninama nauštrb drugih građana te kako je Orlić podržavala i projekt građevinske mafije na Srđu koja je  bila ‘predator u ovom gradu‘.

Nastavlila se rasprava odgovorom gradonačelnika.

-U cijeloj sezoni smo imali više primjedbi na izvođenje građevinskih radova, a manje od 1 posto je bilo na konstruktivnu izgradnju. Radovi na unutrašnjem uređenju su bučni, to su bušilice, torne, brusilice, a te radove ne možemo zabraniti jer zakon to ne dozvoljava. Što mislite, da stanovnici Lapadske obale nisu trpjeli i zbog buke i financijski? Sto puta me direktor hotela Lapad zvao i rekao mi - otišli su mi gosti, nisu mogli izdržati. Ja sam mogao samo reći - što ćemo, mi moramo raditi."

-Dubrovnik stimulira nicanje novih apartmana, krčenje zelenila, neodrživost, to je problem! - rekao je Capor, kojemu je Franković odgovorio da je ‘nekad davno i na mjestu njegove kuće na Vojnoviću bilo stablo te da nažalost, baš na Vojnoviću, nemaju pravo zakonski zabraniti buku koja dolazi od turbofolk glazbe iz lokala, a te susjede nitko ne pita kako im je što tu galamu moraju slušati."

Prijedlog odluke o privremenoj zabrani izvođenja građevinskih radova na području Grada Dubrovnika potaknuo je vijećnike na raspravu. Neki od njih smatraju kako se previše izlazi ususret građevinarima, Đuro Capor (SJG) predstavio je amandman na ovu točku predlažući da se vrati rečenica koja je stajala prije covida, ‘radovi na konstrukciji građevine‘ jer više nije opravdana.

-Ako se hvalimo turizmom, trebamo jednakim kriterijem kako ograničavamo buku u ugostiteljskim objektima smanjiti i buku na gradilištima. Pripremio sam i primjere drugih gradova kako su su oni to riješili, Pula za 2024. i Split 2023. odredili su u kojim djelovima grada se može i u koje sate, a kad se ne može raditi. Umjesto cvrčaka slušamo torne. Pomažemo građevinsku stihiju, iznenadit će nas nicanje još 4 tisuće apartmana." 

Terezina Orlić rekla je kako su građevinari bili zakinuti pa su se pobunili, te da je postignut kompromis i suživot. "Zakon je jasno rekao što se može" - rekla je Orlić, dok joj je Capor uzvratio "Gospođo Terezina, mi ovdje nismo predstavnici građevinara, nego građana i netko treba o građanima govoriti." Dodao je da je ovo podržavanje građevinara i mešetarenja nekretninama nauštrb drugih građana te kako je Orlić podržavala i projekt građevinske mafije na Srđu koja je  bila ‘predator u ovom gradu‘.

Nastavlila se rasprava odgovorom gradonačelnika.

-U cijeloj sezoni smo imali više primjedbi na izvođenje građevinskih radova, a manje od 1 posto je bilo na konstruktivnu izgradnju. Radovi na unutrašnjem uređenju su bučni, to su bušilice, torne, brusilice, a te radove ne možemo zabraniti jer zakon to ne dozvoljava. Što mislite, da stanovnici Lapadske obale nisu trpjeli i zbog buke i financijski? Sto puta me direktor hotela Lapad zvao i rekao mi - otišli su mi gosti, nisu mogli izdržati. Ja sam mogao samo reći - što ćemo, mi moramo raditi."

-Dubrovnik stimulira nicanje novih apartmana, krčenje zelenila, neodrživost, to je problem! - rekao je Capor, kojemu je Franković odgovorio da je ‘nekad davno i na mjestu njegove kuće na Vojnoviću bilo stablo te da nažalost, baš na Vojnoviću, nemaju pravo zakonski zabraniti buku koja dolazi od turbofolk glazbe iz lokala, a te susjede nitko ne pita kako im je što tu galamu moraju slušati."

Prijedlog odluke o privremenoj zabrani izvođenja građevinskih radova na području Grada Dubrovnika potaknuo je vijećnike na raspravu. Neki od njih smatraju kako se previše izlazi ususret građevinarima, Đuro Capor (SJG) predstavio je amandman na ovu točku predlažući da se vrati rečenica koja je stajala prije covida, ‘radovi na konstrukciji građevine‘ jer više nije opravdana.

-Ako se hvalimo turizmom, trebamo jednakim kriterijem kako ograničavamo buku u ugostiteljskim objektima smanjiti i buku na gradilištima. Pripremio sam i primjere drugih gradova kako su su oni to riješili, Pula za 2024. i Split 2023. odredili su u kojim djelovima grada se može i u koje sate, a kad se ne može raditi. Umjesto cvrčaka slušamo torne. Pomažemo građevinsku stihiju, iznenadit će nas nicanje još 4 tisuće apartmana." 

Terezina Orlić rekla je kako su građevinari bili zakinuti pa su se pobunili, te da je postignut kompromis i suživot. "Zakon je jasno rekao što se može" - rekla je Orlić, dok joj je Capor uzvratio "Gospođo Terezina, mi ovdje nismo predstavnici građevinara, nego građana i netko treba o građanima govoriti." Dodao je da je ovo podržavanje građevinara i mešetarenja nekretninama nauštrb drugih građana te kako je Orlić podržavala i projekt građevinske mafije na Srđu koja je  bila ‘predator u ovom gradu‘.
