Nova serija poziva za vojnu pričuvu ovih je dana u poštanskim sandučićama dočekala obveznike s područja Zagrebačke županije koji će od 8. do 15. ožujka proći jednotjednu obuku na vojnom poligonu Eugen Kvaternik u Slunju. U obzir dolaze časnici i dočasnici, rjeđe vojnici koji će se osposobljavati za nove izazove modernog ratovanja.

Budući da je na popisu za popunu pričuvnih postrojbi više od 18 tisuća ljudi do 55 godina starosti, izgledno je da će se među primateljima poziva, najvjerojatnije tijekom lipnja, rujna i listopada naći i pričuvnici iz Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije. No, s tim u paketu stiže i pitanje: gdje bi se i kako za Dubrovčane i ostale stanovnike krajnjeg juga organizirala terenska obuka? Nije tajna da smo na tom planu infrastrukturno devastirani, a nakon ratnih događanja nekadašnji poligoni za ‘rezerviste‘ poput bivše JNA kasarne u Bileći ili streljane na Grabu nisu opcija. Puko odijevanje maskirne uniforme i ‘pro forma‘ đir preko Straduna ni približno nije dovoljan.

Sudionik obrane Grada i bivši predstojnik Ureda za obranu Dubrovnik Teo Andrić kaže kako je pričuva itekako potrebna, te da je najveća glupost što se od nje i vojnog roka odustalo u vrijeme mandata ministara obrane Joza Radoša i Željke Antunović:

- Izgubili smo time 20 generacija pričuvnika i danas praktički krećemo od nule, nestalo je kontinuiteta. Kroz godine su zbog neodržavanja propali i mnogi bivši vojni objekti koji bi nam itekako koristili, no što je tu je. Vremena su se promijenila, a s njima i tehnike ratovanja, nije dovoljno naučiti samo kako zaleći u zaklon iza dvije vreće pijeska. Danas poligon za vježbu ne mora nužno biti, primjerice, Gospino polje ili neka čistina, već to može biti i kabinet s kompjutorima koji odgovara današnjem trenutku. U tehničkom smislu, naš je Domovinski rat prije 30 godina sličio na Drugi svjetski rat, topništvo, mornarica, pješadija, potpuno isto kao nekad, dok danas na ratištima u Ukrajini vidimo sofisticiranu opremu, od dronova nadalje, pa se promjenama treba prilagoditi – ističe Andrić i napominje kako je upravo pričuva, povlačenjem 200 tisuća obučenih ljudi, pomogla u obrani Hrvatske od agresije:

- Pričuva i služi kao ispomoć profesionalnim vojnicima. Po meni je jedna od opcija i dragovoljna pričuva, kod nas je dosta ljudi svjesno da oni i njihova zemlja jednom mogu doći u opasnost i žele usvojiti nova znanja i vještine. Zato bi tim dragovoljnim pričuvnicima trebalo dati beneficije, možda kroz smanjenje poreza, neku povlasticu na poslu ili nešto slično – smatra naš sugovornik koji vojnu infrastrukturu u Pločama ili ne tako dalekom Sinju vidi i kao potencijalna mjesta za obuku građana, o čemu u konačnici odlučuje Ministarstvo obrane RH.

Aktualno slanje poziva građanima za vojnu pričuvu poklopilo se inače s najavama povratka neke forme vojnog roka, no iz MORH-a su objasnili da je ovdje riječ o redovitim aktivnostima vezanim za pričuvni sastav Oružanih snaga.

Pojedinačni pozivi upućuju se razvrstanim pričuvnicima s odsluženim vojnim rokom i određenom vojno-stručnom specijalnošću do 55 godina starosti, dokad traje vojna obveza.

Zakon o obrani propisuje obvezu služenja u pričuvnom sastavu oružanih snaga, s tim da osposobljavanje traje od 8 do najviše 30 dana tijekom godine, uz refundiranje troškova plaće zaposlenog dok je u ‘rezervi‘. Odgodu pričuve zbog poslovnih ili zdravstvenih razloga mogu tražiti i poslodavac i pričuvnik.

Nova serija poziva za vojnu pričuvu ovih je dana u poštanskim sandučićama dočekala obveznike s područja Zagrebačke županije koji će od 8. do 15. ožujka proći jednotjednu obuku na vojnom poligonu Eugen Kvaternik u Slunju. U obzir dolaze časnici i dočasnici, rjeđe vojnici koji će se osposobljavati za nove izazove modernog ratovanja.

Budući da je na popisu za popunu pričuvnih postrojbi više od 18 tisuća ljudi do 55 godina starosti, izgledno je da će se među primateljima poziva, najvjerojatnije tijekom lipnja, rujna i listopada naći i pričuvnici iz Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije. No, s tim u paketu stiže i pitanje: gdje bi se i kako za Dubrovčane i ostale stanovnike krajnjeg juga organizirala terenska obuka? Nije tajna da smo na tom planu infrastrukturno devastirani, a nakon ratnih događanja nekadašnji poligoni za ‘rezerviste‘ poput bivše JNA kasarne u Bileći ili streljane na Grabu nisu opcija. Puko odijevanje maskirne uniforme i ‘pro forma‘ đir preko Straduna ni približno nije dovoljan.

Sudionik obrane Grada i bivši predstojnik Ureda za obranu Dubrovnik Teo Andrić kaže kako je pričuva itekako potrebna, te da je najveća glupost što se od nje i vojnog roka odustalo u vrijeme mandata ministara obrane Joza Radoša i Željke Antunović:

- Izgubili smo time 20 generacija pričuvnika i danas praktički krećemo od nule, nestalo je kontinuiteta. Kroz godine su zbog neodržavanja propali i mnogi bivši vojni objekti koji bi nam itekako koristili, no što je tu je. Vremena su se promijenila, a s njima i tehnike ratovanja, nije dovoljno naučiti samo kako zaleći u zaklon iza dvije vreće pijeska. Danas poligon za vježbu ne mora nužno biti, primjerice, Gospino polje ili neka čistina, već to može biti i kabinet s kompjutorima koji odgovara današnjem trenutku. U tehničkom smislu, naš je Domovinski rat prije 30 godina sličio na Drugi svjetski rat, topništvo, mornarica, pješadija, potpuno isto kao nekad, dok danas na ratištima u Ukrajini vidimo sofisticiranu opremu, od dronova nadalje, pa se promjenama treba prilagoditi – ističe Andrić i napominje kako je upravo pričuva, povlačenjem 200 tisuća obučenih ljudi, pomogla u obrani Hrvatske od agresije:

- Pričuva i služi kao ispomoć profesionalnim vojnicima. Po meni je jedna od opcija i dragovoljna pričuva, kod nas je dosta ljudi svjesno da oni i njihova zemlja jednom mogu doći u opasnost i žele usvojiti nova znanja i vještine. Zato bi tim dragovoljnim pričuvnicima trebalo dati beneficije, možda kroz smanjenje poreza, neku povlasticu na poslu ili nešto slično – smatra naš sugovornik koji vojnu infrastrukturu u Pločama ili ne tako dalekom Sinju vidi i kao potencijalna mjesta za obuku građana, o čemu u konačnici odlučuje Ministarstvo obrane RH.

Aktualno slanje poziva građanima za vojnu pričuvu poklopilo se inače s najavama povratka neke forme vojnog roka, no iz MORH-a su objasnili da je ovdje riječ o redovitim aktivnostima vezanim za pričuvni sastav Oružanih snaga.

Pojedinačni pozivi upućuju se razvrstanim pričuvnicima s odsluženim vojnim rokom i određenom vojno-stručnom specijalnošću do 55 godina starosti, dokad traje vojna obveza.

Zakon o obrani propisuje obvezu služenja u pričuvnom sastavu oružanih snaga, s tim da osposobljavanje traje od 8 do najviše 30 dana tijekom godine, uz refundiranje troškova plaće zaposlenog dok je u ‘rezervi‘. Odgodu pričuve zbog poslovnih ili zdravstvenih razloga mogu tražiti i poslodavac i pričuvnik.
