Pandemijsko vrijeme pospješilo je, a što za digitalno doba u kojem živimo nije čudno, implementaciju QR odnosno digitalnih cjenika u ugostiteljstvu. Uostalom, takav cjenik je bio i preporuka zbog epidemiološke situacije jer u doba covida bila je svojevrsna zabrana uobičajenih plastificiranih ili papirnatih cjenika zbog doticanja, što nije bilo u skladu s epidemiološkim mjerama.
- Transformacija prema kojoj svi idu je danas prihvatljivo isticanje cijena putem QR koda jer svi barataju smartphoneima. Naravno to može i ne mora biti i percipirano kao istaknuto. Vratili smo se na početne postavke s papirnatim odnosno tiskanim cjenicima, ali mislim da će u doglednoj budućnosti svi preći na digitalne jer lakše je mijenjati cijene unutar Softwarea. Izmjene cjenika uvijek iziskuju financijske troškove, sad ćemo imati i dvojno isticanje cijena pa prelazak na euro i lakše je u tom kontekstu mijenjati cijene i postavke unutar softwarea nego non-stop raditi tisak novih cjenika – Nikolina Farčić, kaže predsjednica Ceha ugostitelja i turističkih djelatnika Obrtničke komore Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije i dodaje o digitalnim cjenicima:

- Mislim da je to legitimno istaknuta cijena, sad hoće li je netko konzultirati ili neće to je njegova stvar. Barkod je postavljen na neko vidljivo mjesto, ili je nalijepljen na stolu ili na nekoj kartonskoj podlozi ili predmetu koji stoji na stolu. Svi koji posjeduju smartphone putem foto-kamere otvaraju stranicu, čak ima i software preko kojih se može i naručivati hrana ne samo konzultirati cjenik. U digitalnom dobu je to nešto što se potiče. Mislim da je to budućnost, a ne samo dio tranzicije zbog doba covida.
Ako gost QR cjenik ne doživljava kao prihvatljivu informaciju o ponudi lokala, tu su i druge opcije isticanja ponude i cijena, klasični cjenici na stolovima ili pak na stalcima. U dubrovačkim ugostiteljskim objektima najčešći su cjenici na stolovima, ukoliko netko ima i digitalni cjenik svakako ima i onaj klasični. 'Postoji više opcija za istaknuti cijene a sukladno zakonu svaki ugostitelji ih se mora držati, izabrati barem jednu od opcija koju će staviti na raspolaganje svojim klijentima', kaže Farčić.

Malo je vjerojatno da biste u turističkom Dubrovniku mogli negdje sjesti a da vam na neki od mogućih načina, pa čak i više njih, nije oglašena ponuda, bilo na stolu, na stalku ili u novije vrijeme barkodom. Čudi stoga slučaj u Italiji kada je zbog espressa od dva eura vlasnik objekta platio kaznu od tisuću eura. Gost se potužio na neistaknutu cijenu, obavijestio policiju i uslijedila je kazna iako se vlasnik pravdao kako su cijene prikazane na internetu te spominjao zastarjeli zakon.
- Postoji mogućnost da netko zaboravi staviti cjenik na stol, ali netko tko dugo radi, zaista pokušava raditi kako treba. Svi su ugostitelji svjesni da cijene moraju biti istaknute – kaže Farčić.
Prokomentirala je i česte objave računa iz dubrovačkih ugostiteljskih objekata i iščuđavanja po medijskom prostoru o tome koliko je nešto skupo.
- Svatko tko je sjeo negdje svojim izborom je tu sjeo, ima istaknutu cijenu i sam je izabrao popiti kavu za tu cijenu – poručuje Farčić.

Pandemijsko vrijeme pospješilo je, a što za digitalno doba u kojem živimo nije čudno, implementaciju QR odnosno digitalnih cjenika u ugostiteljstvu. Uostalom, takav cjenik je bio i preporuka zbog epidemiološke situacije jer u doba covida bila je svojevrsna zabrana uobičajenih plastificiranih ili papirnatih cjenika zbog doticanja, što nije bilo u skladu s epidemiološkim mjerama.
- Transformacija prema kojoj svi idu je danas prihvatljivo isticanje cijena putem QR koda jer svi barataju smartphoneima. Naravno to može i ne mora biti i percipirano kao istaknuto. Vratili smo se na početne postavke s papirnatim odnosno tiskanim cjenicima, ali mislim da će u doglednoj budućnosti svi preći na digitalne jer lakše je mijenjati cijene unutar Softwarea. Izmjene cjenika uvijek iziskuju financijske troškove, sad ćemo imati i dvojno isticanje cijena pa prelazak na euro i lakše je u tom kontekstu mijenjati cijene i postavke unutar softwarea nego non-stop raditi tisak novih cjenika – Nikolina Farčić, kaže predsjednica Ceha ugostitelja i turističkih djelatnika Obrtničke komore Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije i dodaje o digitalnim cjenicima:

- Mislim da je to legitimno istaknuta cijena, sad hoće li je netko konzultirati ili neće to je njegova stvar. Barkod je postavljen na neko vidljivo mjesto, ili je nalijepljen na stolu ili na nekoj kartonskoj podlozi ili predmetu koji stoji na stolu. Svi koji posjeduju smartphone putem foto-kamere otvaraju stranicu, čak ima i software preko kojih se može i naručivati hrana ne samo konzultirati cjenik. U digitalnom dobu je to nešto što se potiče. Mislim da je to budućnost, a ne samo dio tranzicije zbog doba covida.
Ako gost QR cjenik ne doživljava kao prihvatljivu informaciju o ponudi lokala, tu su i druge opcije isticanja ponude i cijena, klasični cjenici na stolovima ili pak na stalcima. U dubrovačkim ugostiteljskim objektima najčešći su cjenici na stolovima, ukoliko netko ima i digitalni cjenik svakako ima i onaj klasični. 'Postoji više opcija za istaknuti cijene a sukladno zakonu svaki ugostitelji ih se mora držati, izabrati barem jednu od opcija koju će staviti na raspolaganje svojim klijentima', kaže Farčić.

Malo je vjerojatno da biste u turističkom Dubrovniku mogli negdje sjesti a da vam na neki od mogućih načina, pa čak i više njih, nije oglašena ponuda, bilo na stolu, na stalku ili u novije vrijeme barkodom. Čudi stoga slučaj u Italiji kada je zbog espressa od dva eura vlasnik objekta platio kaznu od tisuću eura. Gost se potužio na neistaknutu cijenu, obavijestio policiju i uslijedila je kazna iako se vlasnik pravdao kako su cijene prikazane na internetu te spominjao zastarjeli zakon.
- Postoji mogućnost da netko zaboravi staviti cjenik na stol, ali netko tko dugo radi, zaista pokušava raditi kako treba. Svi su ugostitelji svjesni da cijene moraju biti istaknute – kaže Farčić.
Prokomentirala je i česte objave računa iz dubrovačkih ugostiteljskih objekata i iščuđavanja po medijskom prostoru o tome koliko je nešto skupo.
- Svatko tko je sjeo negdje svojim izborom je tu sjeo, ima istaknutu cijenu i sam je izabrao popiti kavu za tu cijenu – poručuje Farčić.
