Hoteli Maestral dobili su građevinsku dozvolu za rekonstrukciju Adriatica, a stigao je i odgovor na upit što planiraju s nekretninom u Uvali Lapad i koliko će biti visoka buduća građevina. Kažu kako kreću u ‘snažan investicijski ciklus u slijedećih nekoliko godina‘ te planiraju značajna ulaganja u svoje hotele kako bi postali luksuzni hotelski lanac objekata najviše kategorije.

"Hotel Adriatic prva je najavljena investicija dubrovačke hotelske grupacije Maestral koja će hotel sa sadašnje dvije zvjezdice pretvoriti u elegantan hotel kategorije četiri zvjezdice, istovjetnog kapaciteta od 140 luksuznih smještajnih jedinica s prekrasnim pogledom na more i grebene ili na park šumu Petka s autohtonom mediteranskom vegetacijom. Osim toga, na pet etaža, visine do 21,99 metar, planira se i moderan restoran s prostranom taracom i s vrhunskim ‘gourme’ doživljajem, ‘shopping’ promenada, plaža i brojni popratni sadržaji. Hotel će imati i vlastitu garažu. Atrakcija novog hotela Adriatic bit će spektakularan ‘infinity’ krovni bazen sa sunčalištem i sadržajima te ekskluzivni ‘rooftop’ bar s posebnom gourme ponudom s kojeg će se pružati veličanstven pogled na jadransko plavetnilo i elafitsko otočje", navode iz Maestrala.

U hotelu će raditi 70-tak djelatnika, a objekt će biti otvoren cijelu godinu.

Iz ove hotelske kuće najavljuju kako kreću i u adaptaciju Hotela Uvala, kategorije četiri zvjezdice i kapaciteta 51 smještajne jedinice, a planirana je obnova interijera hotela, smještajnih jedinica, wellness i spa cen-tra te svih ostalih sadržaja hotela. Planirana investicija rekonstrucije hotela Adriatic i adaptacije hotela Uvala iznosi 150 milijuna kuna.

‘Rekonstrukcijom hotela Adriatic, koji će se s postojeće dvije zvjezdice preobraziti u elegantan hotel, kategorije četiri zvjezdice, te ulaganjem u kvalitetu usluga i servisa, podižemo ljestvicu kvalitete du-brovačke turističke ponude s još jednim luksuznim hotelom koji će izravno doprinijeti gospodarskom rastu cijele destinacije kao i hotelske grupacije Maestral’, izjava je Joška Prkačina, predsjednik uprave grupacije.

Za rekonstrukciju hotela Adriatiac ishodovana je građevinska dozvola. Po pravomoćnosti dozvole će se pristupiti planiranju investicije. Početak radova planira se u jesen ove godine nakon okončanja turističke sezone. Novi hotel Adriatic poželjet će dobrodošlicu gostima krajem 2023. godine. Po završetku rekonstrukcije hotela Adriatic i adaptacije hotela Uvala investicijski ciklus hotelske grupacije Maestral planira se nastaviti rekonstrukcijom wellness hotela Vis, za kojeg je u tijeku postupak ishođenja potrebnih dozvola i podizanje kategorije sa sadašnje tri na pet zvjezdica.

Hoteli Maestral dobili su građevinsku dozvolu za rekonstrukciju Adriatica, a stigao je i odgovor na upit što planiraju s nekretninom u Uvali Lapad i koliko će biti visoka buduća građevina. Kažu kako kreću u ‘snažan investicijski ciklus u slijedećih nekoliko godina‘ te planiraju značajna ulaganja u svoje hotele kako bi postali luksuzni hotelski lanac objekata najviše kategorije.

"Hotel Adriatic prva je najavljena investicija dubrovačke hotelske grupacije Maestral koja će hotel sa sadašnje dvije zvjezdice pretvoriti u elegantan hotel kategorije četiri zvjezdice, istovjetnog kapaciteta od 140 luksuznih smještajnih jedinica s prekrasnim pogledom na more i grebene ili na park šumu Petka s autohtonom mediteranskom vegetacijom. Osim toga, na pet etaža, visine do 21,99 metar, planira se i moderan restoran s prostranom taracom i s vrhunskim ‘gourme’ doživljajem, ‘shopping’ promenada, plaža i brojni popratni sadržaji. Hotel će imati i vlastitu garažu. Atrakcija novog hotela Adriatic bit će spektakularan ‘infinity’ krovni bazen sa sunčalištem i sadržajima te ekskluzivni ‘rooftop’ bar s posebnom gourme ponudom s kojeg će se pružati veličanstven pogled na jadransko plavetnilo i elafitsko otočje", navode iz Maestrala.

U hotelu će raditi 70-tak djelatnika, a objekt će biti otvoren cijelu godinu.

Iz ove hotelske kuće najavljuju kako kreću i u adaptaciju Hotela Uvala, kategorije četiri zvjezdice i kapaciteta 51 smještajne jedinice, a planirana je obnova interijera hotela, smještajnih jedinica, wellness i spa cen-tra te svih ostalih sadržaja hotela. Planirana investicija rekonstrucije hotela Adriatic i adaptacije hotela Uvala iznosi 150 milijuna kuna.

‘Rekonstrukcijom hotela Adriatic, koji će se s postojeće dvije zvjezdice preobraziti u elegantan hotel, kategorije četiri zvjezdice, te ulaganjem u kvalitetu usluga i servisa, podižemo ljestvicu kvalitete du-brovačke turističke ponude s još jednim luksuznim hotelom koji će izravno doprinijeti gospodarskom rastu cijele destinacije kao i hotelske grupacije Maestral’, izjava je Joška Prkačina, predsjednik uprave grupacije.

Za rekonstrukciju hotela Adriatiac ishodovana je građevinska dozvola. Po pravomoćnosti dozvole će se pristupiti planiranju investicije. Početak radova planira se u jesen ove godine nakon okončanja turističke sezone. Novi hotel Adriatic poželjet će dobrodošlicu gostima krajem 2023. godine. Po završetku rekonstrukcije hotela Adriatic i adaptacije hotela Uvala investicijski ciklus hotelske grupacije Maestral planira se nastaviti rekonstrukcijom wellness hotela Vis, za kojeg je u tijeku postupak ishođenja potrebnih dozvola i podizanje kategorije sa sadašnje tri na pet zvjezdica.
