Direktorica agencije za naplatu potraživanja APS Hrvatska nedavno je postala vlasnica stana od 63.46 kvadrata u zagrebačkom kvartu Vrbik, i to po cijeni od 37 tisuća eura, odnosno nešto više od 580 eura po kvadratu. Stan je bio u vlasništvu građanina koji nije mogao vraćati kredit Zagrebačke banke od 90 tisuća eura, doznaju Index Istrage, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Banka je taj dug prodala APS-u za oko trećinu vrijednosti, a APS je dug potom prodao umirovljenici koja je u rodbinskoj vezi sa šeficom APS-a za 37.000 eura. Nakon svega joj ga je - poklonila.

Agencije za naplatu potraživanja, koje od banaka otkupljuju loše kredite, odnosno kredite koje građani ne mogu više vraćati, najviše zanimaju stambeni odnosno hipotekarni krediti, koje u zalogu imaju atraktivne nekretnine kao sredstvo osiguranja.

Kada građani ne otplate kredit, te agencije dolaze u posjed kuća i stanova, i to u prosjeku za trećinu vrijednosti, koje onda ili prodaju po puno većoj cijeni ili zadržavaju za sebe, odnosno za svoje zaposlenike.

Dužnici ne mogu otplatiti svoj dug za trećinu ili polovinu vrijednosti, no to, kako dokazuje i ovaj slučaj koji otkriva Index, mogu zaposlenici i šefovi agencija za naplatu potraživanja, koji tako preko leđa zaduženih građana rješavaju svoje stambeno pitanje.

APS je imao potraživanja od 96 tisuća eura te hipoteku na puno vredniji stan, a u skladu s tim, a vezano za potražnju za stanovima u Zagrebu, 100-postotnu naplatu tog duga. Umjesto toga, prodali su dug za 37 tisuća eura, a stan je završio u rukama njihove zaposlenice.

No APS ne misli da je tvrtka oštećena za najmanje 70 tisuća eura jer kažu da je ova transakcija bila interno dogovorena. Index je zanimalo kako to da je tražbina od 96.450,10 eura ustupljena za 37.000 eura, odnosno za trećinu vrijednosti te su htjeli znati je li uobičajeno da se potraživanja prodaju za trećinu vrijednosti. Na to su im također odgovorili potvrdno.

U APS-u tvrde i da "zaposlenici nemaju posebne pogodnosti kada kupuju potraživanja od vlastite tvrtke".

Direktorica agencije za naplatu potraživanja APS Hrvatska nedavno je postala vlasnica stana od 63.46 kvadrata u zagrebačkom kvartu Vrbik, i to po cijeni od 37 tisuća eura, odnosno nešto više od 580 eura po kvadratu. Stan je bio u vlasništvu građanina koji nije mogao vraćati kredit Zagrebačke banke od 90 tisuća eura, doznaju Index Istrage, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Banka je taj dug prodala APS-u za oko trećinu vrijednosti, a APS je dug potom prodao umirovljenici koja je u rodbinskoj vezi sa šeficom APS-a za 37.000 eura. Nakon svega joj ga je - poklonila.

Agencije za naplatu potraživanja, koje od banaka otkupljuju loše kredite, odnosno kredite koje građani ne mogu više vraćati, najviše zanimaju stambeni odnosno hipotekarni krediti, koje u zalogu imaju atraktivne nekretnine kao sredstvo osiguranja.

Kada građani ne otplate kredit, te agencije dolaze u posjed kuća i stanova, i to u prosjeku za trećinu vrijednosti, koje onda ili prodaju po puno većoj cijeni ili zadržavaju za sebe, odnosno za svoje zaposlenike.

Dužnici ne mogu otplatiti svoj dug za trećinu ili polovinu vrijednosti, no to, kako dokazuje i ovaj slučaj koji otkriva Index, mogu zaposlenici i šefovi agencija za naplatu potraživanja, koji tako preko leđa zaduženih građana rješavaju svoje stambeno pitanje.

APS je imao potraživanja od 96 tisuća eura te hipoteku na puno vredniji stan, a u skladu s tim, a vezano za potražnju za stanovima u Zagrebu, 100-postotnu naplatu tog duga. Umjesto toga, prodali su dug za 37 tisuća eura, a stan je završio u rukama njihove zaposlenice.

No APS ne misli da je tvrtka oštećena za najmanje 70 tisuća eura jer kažu da je ova transakcija bila interno dogovorena. Index je zanimalo kako to da je tražbina od 96.450,10 eura ustupljena za 37.000 eura, odnosno za trećinu vrijednosti te su htjeli znati je li uobičajeno da se potraživanja prodaju za trećinu vrijednosti. Na to su im također odgovorili potvrdno.

U APS-u tvrde i da "zaposlenici nemaju posebne pogodnosti kada kupuju potraživanja od vlastite tvrtke".

Direktorica agencije za naplatu potraživanja APS Hrvatska nedavno je postala vlasnica stana od 63.46 kvadrata u zagrebačkom kvartu Vrbik, i to po cijeni od 37 tisuća eura, odnosno nešto više od 580 eura po kvadratu. Stan je bio u vlasništvu građanina koji nije mogao vraćati kredit Zagrebačke banke od 90 tisuća eura, doznaju Index Istrage, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Banka je taj dug prodala APS-u za oko trećinu vrijednosti, a APS je dug potom prodao umirovljenici koja je u rodbinskoj vezi sa šeficom APS-a za 37.000 eura. Nakon svega joj ga je - poklonila.

Agencije za naplatu potraživanja, koje od banaka otkupljuju loše kredite, odnosno kredite koje građani ne mogu više vraćati, najviše zanimaju stambeni odnosno hipotekarni krediti, koje u zalogu imaju atraktivne nekretnine kao sredstvo osiguranja.

Kada građani ne otplate kredit, te agencije dolaze u posjed kuća i stanova, i to u prosjeku za trećinu vrijednosti, koje onda ili prodaju po puno većoj cijeni ili zadržavaju za sebe, odnosno za svoje zaposlenike.

Dužnici ne mogu otplatiti svoj dug za trećinu ili polovinu vrijednosti, no to, kako dokazuje i ovaj slučaj koji otkriva Index, mogu zaposlenici i šefovi agencija za naplatu potraživanja, koji tako preko leđa zaduženih građana rješavaju svoje stambeno pitanje.

APS je imao potraživanja od 96 tisuća eura te hipoteku na puno vredniji stan, a u skladu s tim, a vezano za potražnju za stanovima u Zagrebu, 100-postotnu naplatu tog duga. Umjesto toga, prodali su dug za 37 tisuća eura, a stan je završio u rukama njihove zaposlenice.

No APS ne misli da je tvrtka oštećena za najmanje 70 tisuća eura jer kažu da je ova transakcija bila interno dogovorena. Index je zanimalo kako to da je tražbina od 96.450,10 eura ustupljena za 37.000 eura, odnosno za trećinu vrijednosti te su htjeli znati je li uobičajeno da se potraživanja prodaju za trećinu vrijednosti. Na to su im također odgovorili potvrdno.

U APS-u tvrde i da "zaposlenici nemaju posebne pogodnosti kada kupuju potraživanja od vlastite tvrtke".
