Hrvatski autoklub u svojoj je reviji objavio što će se nakon prelaska na euro dogoditi s iznosima kazni iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

"Što će biti, koliko će koštati prolazak kroz crveno, koliko prebrza vožnja. Hoćete li to morati preračunavati? Hoće li to preračunavati policijski službenici, po sistemu kazna u kunama pa podijeli sa 7,53450 kuna i onda koliko ispadne, ispalo je, pa hoćemo li ili nećemo zaokruživati i kako ćemo zaokruživati na više ili na manje", piše HAK.

"Zakonodavac sada propisuje kako se riječi, doslovno riječi, ne brojevi „od 1.000,00 kuna“ zamjenjuju riječima „od 130 eura“! Tisuću kuna dakle, transformirano je u 130 eura u Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Nije baš 7.53450, odnosno povoljnije je jer bi preračunato bilo 979.48 kuna", piše HAK Revija, pa navode sljedeće iznose:

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 300,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna „od 30,00 eura“ (vratimo se na kune – samo 226 kuna).

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 500,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna „od 60,00 eura“ (452 kune).

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 700,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna od „90,00 eura“

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 1.000,00 kuna“ kao što smo već ukazali, sada je propisana kazna „od 130 eura“.

Kad je riječ o odredbama koje propisuju kaznu „od 1.500,00 do 5.000,00 kuna“ tu se iznos mijenja na način da se definira kako je riječ o kazni „od 190,00 do 660,00 eura“

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 2.000,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna „od 260 eura“

Ukoliko je za pojedine prekršaje bila propisana kazna u rasponu „od 2.000,00 do 5.000,00 kn“ sad je propisana od „260,00 do 660,00  eura“.

Kada je riječ o odredbi koja propisuje mogućnost izricanja kazne u iznosu „od 3.000,00 do 5.000,00 kuna“ to je transformirano u kaznu u iznosu „od 390,00 do 660,00 eura“.

Dosadašnja kazna „od 5.000,00 do 15.000,00 kuna“ postaje kazna „od 660,00 do 1990,00 eura“.

Dosadašnji raspon kazne „od 3.000,00 do 7.000,00 kn“ zamjenjuje se s rasponom „od 390,00 do 920,00 eura“.

U odredbama koje propisuju kaznu u iznosu „od 10.000,00 do 20.000 kn“ ti iznosi se mijenjaju tako da se utvrđuje kazna u iznosu „od 1320,00 do 2650,00 eura“. Za one koji u krvi imaju iznad 0,50 do 1,00 g/kg odnosno odgovarajući iznos miligrama u litri izdahnutog zraka stara kazna od 3.000,00 do 5.000,00 kn bit će u „od 390,00 do 660,00 eura“; iznad 1,00 do 1,50 sad vas je „stajalo“ 5.000,00 do 15.000,00 kuna, a uskoro će „od 660,00 do 1990,00 eura“. Kapitalci uvijek ostaju za kraj, oni koji u krvi imaju iznad 1,50 g/kg odnosno odgovarajući iznos miligrama u litri izdahnutog zraka u buduće će moći biti kažnjeni s „od 1320,00 do 2650,00 eura“, a sad taj raspon u kunama iznosi 10.000,00 do 20.000,00 kuna ili kaznom zatvora u trajanju do 60 dana. 

"Raspon kazni prema Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, onako narodski rečeno kretao se od 300 kuna do 30.000 kuna, a u eurima će biti širok od 30 eura do 3980 eura", piše HAK Revija.

Hrvatski autoklub u svojoj je reviji objavio što će se nakon prelaska na euro dogoditi s iznosima kazni iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

"Što će biti, koliko će koštati prolazak kroz crveno, koliko prebrza vožnja. Hoćete li to morati preračunavati? Hoće li to preračunavati policijski službenici, po sistemu kazna u kunama pa podijeli sa 7,53450 kuna i onda koliko ispadne, ispalo je, pa hoćemo li ili nećemo zaokruživati i kako ćemo zaokruživati na više ili na manje", piše HAK.

"Zakonodavac sada propisuje kako se riječi, doslovno riječi, ne brojevi „od 1.000,00 kuna“ zamjenjuju riječima „od 130 eura“! Tisuću kuna dakle, transformirano je u 130 eura u Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Nije baš 7.53450, odnosno povoljnije je jer bi preračunato bilo 979.48 kuna", piše HAK Revija, pa navode sljedeće iznose:

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 300,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna „od 30,00 eura“ (vratimo se na kune – samo 226 kuna).

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 500,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna „od 60,00 eura“ (452 kune).

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 700,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna od „90,00 eura“

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 1.000,00 kuna“ kao što smo već ukazali, sada je propisana kazna „od 130 eura“.

Kad je riječ o odredbama koje propisuju kaznu „od 1.500,00 do 5.000,00 kuna“ tu se iznos mijenja na način da se definira kako je riječ o kazni „od 190,00 do 660,00 eura“

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 2.000,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna „od 260 eura“

Ukoliko je za pojedine prekršaje bila propisana kazna u rasponu „od 2.000,00 do 5.000,00 kn“ sad je propisana od „260,00 do 660,00  eura“.

Kada je riječ o odredbi koja propisuje mogućnost izricanja kazne u iznosu „od 3.000,00 do 5.000,00 kuna“ to je transformirano u kaznu u iznosu „od 390,00 do 660,00 eura“.

Dosadašnja kazna „od 5.000,00 do 15.000,00 kuna“ postaje kazna „od 660,00 do 1990,00 eura“.

Dosadašnji raspon kazne „od 3.000,00 do 7.000,00 kn“ zamjenjuje se s rasponom „od 390,00 do 920,00 eura“.

U odredbama koje propisuju kaznu u iznosu „od 10.000,00 do 20.000 kn“ ti iznosi se mijenjaju tako da se utvrđuje kazna u iznosu „od 1320,00 do 2650,00 eura“. Za one koji u krvi imaju iznad 0,50 do 1,00 g/kg odnosno odgovarajući iznos miligrama u litri izdahnutog zraka stara kazna od 3.000,00 do 5.000,00 kn bit će u „od 390,00 do 660,00 eura“; iznad 1,00 do 1,50 sad vas je „stajalo“ 5.000,00 do 15.000,00 kuna, a uskoro će „od 660,00 do 1990,00 eura“. Kapitalci uvijek ostaju za kraj, oni koji u krvi imaju iznad 1,50 g/kg odnosno odgovarajući iznos miligrama u litri izdahnutog zraka u buduće će moći biti kažnjeni s „od 1320,00 do 2650,00 eura“, a sad taj raspon u kunama iznosi 10.000,00 do 20.000,00 kuna ili kaznom zatvora u trajanju do 60 dana. 

"Raspon kazni prema Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, onako narodski rečeno kretao se od 300 kuna do 30.000 kuna, a u eurima će biti širok od 30 eura do 3980 eura", piše HAK Revija.

Odlične vijesti za loše vozače, pojeftinjuju neki prometni prekršaji

Hrvatski autoklub u svojoj je reviji objavio što će se nakon prelaska na euro dogoditi s iznosima kazni iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

"Što će biti, koliko će koštati prolazak kroz crveno, koliko prebrza vožnja. Hoćete li to morati preračunavati? Hoće li to preračunavati policijski službenici, po sistemu kazna u kunama pa podijeli sa 7,53450 kuna i onda koliko ispadne, ispalo je, pa hoćemo li ili nećemo zaokruživati i kako ćemo zaokruživati na više ili na manje", piše HAK.

"Zakonodavac sada propisuje kako se riječi, doslovno riječi, ne brojevi „od 1.000,00 kuna“ zamjenjuju riječima „od 130 eura“! Tisuću kuna dakle, transformirano je u 130 eura u Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Nije baš 7.53450, odnosno povoljnije je jer bi preračunato bilo 979.48 kuna", piše HAK Revija, pa navode sljedeće iznose:

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 300,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna „od 30,00 eura“ (vratimo se na kune – samo 226 kuna).

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 500,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna „od 60,00 eura“ (452 kune).

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 700,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna od „90,00 eura“

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 1.000,00 kuna“ kao što smo već ukazali, sada je propisana kazna „od 130 eura“.

Kad je riječ o odredbama koje propisuju kaznu „od 1.500,00 do 5.000,00 kuna“ tu se iznos mijenja na način da se definira kako je riječ o kazni „od 190,00 do 660,00 eura“

Za prekršaje za koje je bila propisana kazna „od 2.000,00 kuna“ sada je propisana kazna „od 260 eura“

Ukoliko je za pojedine prekršaje bila propisana kazna u rasponu „od 2.000,00 do 5.000,00 kn“ sad je propisana od „260,00 do 660,00  eura“.

Kada je riječ o odredbi koja propisuje mogućnost izricanja kazne u iznosu „od 3.000,00 do 5.000,00 kuna“ to je transformirano u kaznu u iznosu „od 390,00 do 660,00 eura“.

Dosadašnja kazna „od 5.000,00 do 15.000,00 kuna“ postaje kazna „od 660,00 do 1990,00 eura“.
