Među vlasnicima zemljišta kojima će država platiti teren za crkve u Zagrebu su i tvrtka koja utjeruje dugove, mešetari nekretninama te supruga lokalnog HDZ-ovca, piše u srijedu Jutarnji list.
Crkva je već pokazala interes za otkup zemljišta u Sesvetskim Selima, ali skupština vjerovnika je odbila njihovu ponudu. Grad Zagreb nas još nije kontaktirao - rekla je odvjetnica Antonija Galić, stečajna upraviteljica u tvrtki Phoenix Park d.o.o. čije se nekadašnje zemljište našlo na popisu parcela koje Grad Zagreb planira otkupiti i dati Crkvi u zamjenu za zemljište za gradnju novog maksimirskog stadiona.
Gradski kvartovi u kojima bi trebali niknuti novi vjerski objekti Katoličke crkve su Botinec, Sveta Klara/Podbrežje, Jakuševec, Blato, Jelkovec/Sopnica, Sesvetska Sela, Sesvetski Kraljevec, Kajzerica, Špansko - zapad i Trnjanska Savica.
Radi se, naime, o transakciji koja bi, prema nekim trenutnim izračunima, trebala iznositi oko devet milijuna eura. No, pitanje je koliko će privatni vlasnici tih parcela sada tražiti za svoje kvadrate.
Odvjetnica Galić kaže da je, primjerice, zemljište s početka priče u Sesvetskim Selima, prema nedavnom rješenju o dosudi, pripalo tvrtki za otkup potraživanja B2 Kapital. - To znači da bi ga Grad Zagreb, ako postoji interes, trebao otkupiti od njih po, pretpostavljam, tržišnoj cijeni. Inače, ranije je zemljište bilo procijenjeno na 15 milijuna kuna - kaže odvjetnica Galić i dodaje kako pretpostavlja da je Crkva za njega zainteresirana jer graniči s njezinim zemljištem.
Osnivač i vlasnik te tvrtke bivši je HDZ-ov tajkun Vlado Kolak, poznat po problemima u sesvetskoj Prigorki, koju je stekao u privatizaciji 90-ih, a trenutno je na izdržavanju četverogodišnje zatvorske kazne.
Portal Faktograf je, naime, prvi detaljno istražio tko su privatnici koji se pojavljuju u zemljišnim knjigama i katastru kao vlasnici i posjednici pojedinih parcela koje su se pojavile među materijalima za ovotjednu sjednicu Gradske skupštine.
U njemu su pobrojane konkretne katastarske čestice koje država planira otkupljivati, a poslije darovati Zagrebačkoj nadbiskupiji ili pravnoj osobi koju Nadbiskupija odredi. Transakcije bi prema nekim izračunima trebale iznositi devet milijuna eura, piše novinarka Jutarnjeg lista Vanja Nezirović, prenosi Hina.

Među vlasnicima zemljišta kojima će država platiti teren za crkve u Zagrebu su i tvrtka koja utjeruje dugove, mešetari nekretninama te supruga lokalnog HDZ-ovca, piše u srijedu Jutarnji list.
Crkva je već pokazala interes za otkup zemljišta u Sesvetskim Selima, ali skupština vjerovnika je odbila njihovu ponudu. Grad Zagreb nas još nije kontaktirao - rekla je odvjetnica Antonija Galić, stečajna upraviteljica u tvrtki Phoenix Park d.o.o. čije se nekadašnje zemljište našlo na popisu parcela koje Grad Zagreb planira otkupiti i dati Crkvi u zamjenu za zemljište za gradnju novog maksimirskog stadiona.
Gradski kvartovi u kojima bi trebali niknuti novi vjerski objekti Katoličke crkve su Botinec, Sveta Klara/Podbrežje, Jakuševec, Blato, Jelkovec/Sopnica, Sesvetska Sela, Sesvetski Kraljevec, Kajzerica, Špansko - zapad i Trnjanska Savica.
Radi se, naime, o transakciji koja bi, prema nekim trenutnim izračunima, trebala iznositi oko devet milijuna eura. No, pitanje je koliko će privatni vlasnici tih parcela sada tražiti za svoje kvadrate.
Odvjetnica Galić kaže da je, primjerice, zemljište s početka priče u Sesvetskim Selima, prema nedavnom rješenju o dosudi, pripalo tvrtki za otkup potraživanja B2 Kapital. - To znači da bi ga Grad Zagreb, ako postoji interes, trebao otkupiti od njih po, pretpostavljam, tržišnoj cijeni. Inače, ranije je zemljište bilo procijenjeno na 15 milijuna kuna - kaže odvjetnica Galić i dodaje kako pretpostavlja da je Crkva za njega zainteresirana jer graniči s njezinim zemljištem.
Osnivač i vlasnik te tvrtke bivši je HDZ-ov tajkun Vlado Kolak, poznat po problemima u sesvetskoj Prigorki, koju je stekao u privatizaciji 90-ih, a trenutno je na izdržavanju četverogodišnje zatvorske kazne.
Portal Faktograf je, naime, prvi detaljno istražio tko su privatnici koji se pojavljuju u zemljišnim knjigama i katastru kao vlasnici i posjednici pojedinih parcela koje su se pojavile među materijalima za ovotjednu sjednicu Gradske skupštine.
U njemu su pobrojane konkretne katastarske čestice koje država planira otkupljivati, a poslije darovati Zagrebačkoj nadbiskupiji ili pravnoj osobi koju Nadbiskupija odredi. Transakcije bi prema nekim izračunima trebale iznositi devet milijuna eura, piše novinarka Jutarnjeg lista Vanja Nezirović, prenosi Hina.

Kome država plaća terene za crkve i o kojim je iznosima riječ?

Među vlasnicima zemljišta kojima će država platiti teren za crkve u Zagrebu su i tvrtka koja utjeruje dugove, mešetari nekretninama te supruga lokalnog HDZ-ovca, piše u srijedu Jutarnji list.
Crkva je već pokazala interes za otkup zemljišta u Sesvetskim Selima, ali skupština vjerovnika je odbila njihovu ponudu. Grad Zagreb nas još nije kontaktirao - rekla je odvjetnica Antonija Galić, stečajna upraviteljica u tvrtki Phoenix Park d.o.o. čije se nekadašnje zemljište našlo na popisu parcela koje Grad Zagreb planira otkupiti i dati Crkvi u zamjenu za zemljište za gradnju novog maksimirskog stadiona.
Gradski kvartovi u kojima bi trebali niknuti novi vjerski objekti Katoličke crkve su Botinec, Sveta Klara/Podbrežje, Jakuševec, Blato, Jelkovec/Sopnica, Sesvetska Sela, Sesvetski Kraljevec, Kajzerica, Špansko - zapad i Trnjanska Savica.
Radi se, naime, o transakciji koja bi, prema nekim trenutnim izračunima, trebala iznositi oko devet milijuna eura. No, pitanje je koliko će privatni vlasnici tih parcela sada tražiti za svoje kvadrate.
Odvjetnica Galić kaže da je, primjerice, zemljište s početka priče u Sesvetskim Selima, prema nedavnom rješenju o dosudi, pripalo tvrtki za otkup potraživanja B2 Kapital. - To znači da bi ga Grad Zagreb, ako postoji interes, trebao otkupiti od njih po, pretpostavljam, tržišnoj cijeni. Inače, ranije je zemljište bilo procijenjeno na 15 milijuna kuna - kaže odvjetnica Galić i dodaje kako pretpostavlja da je Crkva za njega zainteresirana jer graniči s njezinim zemljištem.
Osnivač i vlasnik te tvrtke bivši je HDZ-ov tajkun Vlado Kolak, poznat po problemima u sesvetskoj Prigorki, koju je stekao u privatizaciji 90-ih, a trenutno je na izdržavanju četverogodišnje zatvorske kazne.
Portal Faktograf je, naime, prvi detaljno istražio tko su privatnici koji se pojavljuju u zemljišnim knjigama i katastru kao vlasnici i posjednici pojedinih parcela koje su se pojavile među materijalima za ovotjednu sjednicu Gradske skupštine.
U njemu su pobrojane konkretne katastarske čestice koje država planira otkupljivati, a poslije darovati Zagrebačkoj nadbiskupiji ili pravnoj osobi koju Nadbiskupija odredi. Transakcije bi prema nekim izračunima trebale iznositi devet milijuna eura, piše novinarka Jutarnjeg lista Vanja Nezirović, prenosi Hina.
