U staroj gradskoj jezgri Umaga prodaje se mala kuća od 32 kvadrata po cijeni od od 2.870.000 kuna (oko 382 tisuće eura), što je otprilike 12 tisuća eura po metru kvadratnom, javlja Glas Istre. Smještena je iza župne crkve, uz samu obalu, na šetnici Sv. Pelegrina.

Vlasnica ju je odlučila prodati po toj cijeni ponudivši je istodobno Republici Hrvatskoj, Istarskoj županiji i Gradu Umagu jer se radi o kulturnom dobru pa ostvaruju pravo prvokupa. Međutim, na posljednjoj sjednici umaškog Gradskog vijeća vijećnici su jednoglasno izglasali nepostojanje interesa za korištenje prava prvokupa za navedenu nekretninu.

Naime, kako je vijećnicima pojasnila zamjenica pročelnika Upravnog odjela za upravljanje imovinom, izgradnju i održavanje II., Maja Galović, radi se o nekretnini koja se nalazi na atraktivnoj lokaciji u starogradskoj, povijesnoj jezgri.

Čestica je kulturno dobro jer starogradska jezgra naselja Umag predstavlja dio naselja upisan u Registar kulturnih dobara Republike Hrvatske. Temeljem toga, u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara, vlasnica je, prije nego što je izloži tržišnoj prodaji, najprije mora ponuditi Republici Hrvatskoj, Županiji i Gradu Umagu za istu kupoprodajnu cijenu, uz isplatu ponuđene cijene u roku od 30 dana od dana zaključenja ugovora. S obzrom na to da Županija nije iskazala interes za kupnju ove nekretnine, morao se očitovati Grad Umag, javlja Glas Istre.

U staroj gradskoj jezgri Umaga prodaje se mala kuća od 32 kvadrata po cijeni od od 2.870.000 kuna (oko 382 tisuće eura), što je otprilike 12 tisuća eura po metru kvadratnom, javlja Glas Istre. Smještena je iza župne crkve, uz samu obalu, na šetnici Sv. Pelegrina.

Vlasnica ju je odlučila prodati po toj cijeni ponudivši je istodobno Republici Hrvatskoj, Istarskoj županiji i Gradu Umagu jer se radi o kulturnom dobru pa ostvaruju pravo prvokupa. Međutim, na posljednjoj sjednici umaškog Gradskog vijeća vijećnici su jednoglasno izglasali nepostojanje interesa za korištenje prava prvokupa za navedenu nekretninu.

Naime, kako je vijećnicima pojasnila zamjenica pročelnika Upravnog odjela za upravljanje imovinom, izgradnju i održavanje II., Maja Galović, radi se o nekretnini koja se nalazi na atraktivnoj lokaciji u starogradskoj, povijesnoj jezgri.

Čestica je kulturno dobro jer starogradska jezgra naselja Umag predstavlja dio naselja upisan u Registar kulturnih dobara Republike Hrvatske. Temeljem toga, u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara, vlasnica je, prije nego što je izloži tržišnoj prodaji, najprije mora ponuditi Republici Hrvatskoj, Županiji i Gradu Umagu za istu kupoprodajnu cijenu, uz isplatu ponuđene cijene u roku od 30 dana od dana zaključenja ugovora. S obzrom na to da Županija nije iskazala interes za kupnju ove nekretnine, morao se očitovati Grad Umag, javlja Glas Istre.

U staroj gradskoj jezgri Umaga prodaje se mala kuća od 32 kvadrata po cijeni od od 2.870.000 kuna (oko 382 tisuće eura), što je otprilike 12 tisuća eura po metru kvadratnom, javlja Glas Istre. Smještena je iza župne crkve, uz samu obalu, na šetnici Sv. Pelegrina.

Vlasnica ju je odlučila prodati po toj cijeni ponudivši je istodobno Republici Hrvatskoj, Istarskoj županiji i Gradu Umagu jer se radi o kulturnom dobru pa ostvaruju pravo prvokupa. Međutim, na posljednjoj sjednici umaškog Gradskog vijeća vijećnici su jednoglasno izglasali nepostojanje interesa za korištenje prava prvokupa za navedenu nekretninu.

Naime, kako je vijećnicima pojasnila zamjenica pročelnika Upravnog odjela za upravljanje imovinom, izgradnju i održavanje II., Maja Galović, radi se o nekretnini koja se nalazi na atraktivnoj lokaciji u starogradskoj, povijesnoj jezgri.

Čestica je kulturno dobro jer starogradska jezgra naselja Umag predstavlja dio naselja upisan u Registar kulturnih dobara Republike Hrvatske. Temeljem toga, u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara, vlasnica je, prije nego što je izloži tržišnoj prodaji, najprije mora ponuditi Republici Hrvatskoj, Županiji i Gradu Umagu za istu kupoprodajnu cijenu, uz isplatu ponuđene cijene u roku od 30 dana od dana zaključenja ugovora. S obzrom na to da Županija nije iskazala interes za kupnju ove nekretnine, morao se očitovati Grad Umag, javlja Glas Istre.
