Nekadašnja školska zgrada u mjestu Ljungbyju, udaljenom dva sata automobilske vožnje od Gothenburga, postala je jedna od najpoželjnijih nekretnina ne samo u Švedskoj, nego i u čitavoj Europi. Razlog tome ne krije se u 490 četvornih metara koje se protežu na dvije, ukusno uređene etaže, pa čak ni u pitoresknom okruženju ruralne Švedske, već u činjenici da diskretno stubište vodi prema atomskom skloništu koje vlasniku jamči sigurnost u slučaju napada nuklearnim oružjem, piše Jutarnji.

Zgrada sagrađena 1970-ih godina, kada je hladnoratovska paranoja bila na samome vrhuncu, desetljećima je bila u vlasništvu lokalne samouprave, tek je 2002. došla u ruke privatnika. Igrom slučaja, od ovoga je tjedna ponovno "na bubnju", barem onim kupcima koji bi za takvu nekretninu mogli izdvojiti 16 milijuna švedskih kruna.

No, stručnjak za nekretnine Micael Steneland tvrdi da je i njih same šokirala potražnja za takvim sadržajem te ističe da im upiti pristižu iz čitave Europe.

- Mali broj vizionara je nekoć mogao predvidjeti da će atomska skloništa u kućama dati dodatnu vrijednost nekretnini, a još je manji broj njih od tog "dodatka" napravio neki zabavan sadržaj, poput privatnog bara, saune ili sobe za zabavu - objašnjava The Guardianu.

Trenutni vlasnik je Kenneth Clausen. On se, naime, ne smatra "preperom", katastrofičarom uvijek spremnim na smak svijeta, već poduzetnikom koji je slučajno "napasao" na interesantnu i povoljnu nekretninu čiju je "dodatnu" sobu, iz vlastitih razloga, odlučio prenamijeniti u funkcionalni bar s bogatom kolekcijom alkoholnih pića.

Budući vlasnik dobit će, tako, kuću s bar-bunkerom u koji stane 44 odraslih ljudi, a koja im u slučaju nuklearnog napada osigurava vodu, struju, grijanje i čist zrak najmanje tri mjeseca.

Švedska je intenzivno gradila atomska skloništa tijekom cijelog hladnoratovskog perioda, kada je prijetnja nuklearnim napadom susjednog Sovjetskog Saveza bila i više nego realna. No, 1990-ih došlo je do zatišja, a po Švedskoj trenutno postoji oko 64.000 javnih skloništa koja bi sedam milijuna sretnika mogla zbrinuti od eventualne nuklearne prijetnje.

Stožer za javnu zaštitu ove je godine od vlade dobio 100 milijuna kruna za inspekciju funkcionalnosti dotičnih lokacija, kako bi ih se pripremilo za eventualnu potrebu, zlu ne trebalo.

Nekadašnja školska zgrada u mjestu Ljungbyju, udaljenom dva sata automobilske vožnje od Gothenburga, postala je jedna od najpoželjnijih nekretnina ne samo u Švedskoj, nego i u čitavoj Europi. Razlog tome ne krije se u 490 četvornih metara koje se protežu na dvije, ukusno uređene etaže, pa čak ni u pitoresknom okruženju ruralne Švedske, već u činjenici da diskretno stubište vodi prema atomskom skloništu koje vlasniku jamči sigurnost u slučaju napada nuklearnim oružjem, piše Jutarnji.

Zgrada sagrađena 1970-ih godina, kada je hladnoratovska paranoja bila na samome vrhuncu, desetljećima je bila u vlasništvu lokalne samouprave, tek je 2002. došla u ruke privatnika. Igrom slučaja, od ovoga je tjedna ponovno "na bubnju", barem onim kupcima koji bi za takvu nekretninu mogli izdvojiti 16 milijuna švedskih kruna.

No, stručnjak za nekretnine Micael Steneland tvrdi da je i njih same šokirala potražnja za takvim sadržajem te ističe da im upiti pristižu iz čitave Europe.

- Mali broj vizionara je nekoć mogao predvidjeti da će atomska skloništa u kućama dati dodatnu vrijednost nekretnini, a još je manji broj njih od tog "dodatka" napravio neki zabavan sadržaj, poput privatnog bara, saune ili sobe za zabavu - objašnjava The Guardianu.

Trenutni vlasnik je Kenneth Clausen. On se, naime, ne smatra "preperom", katastrofičarom uvijek spremnim na smak svijeta, već poduzetnikom koji je slučajno "napasao" na interesantnu i povoljnu nekretninu čiju je "dodatnu" sobu, iz vlastitih razloga, odlučio prenamijeniti u funkcionalni bar s bogatom kolekcijom alkoholnih pića.

Švedska je intenzivno gradila atomska skloništa tijekom cijelog hladnoratovskog perioda, kada je prijetnja nuklearnim napadom susjednog Sovjetskog Saveza bila i više nego realna. No, 1990-ih došlo je do zatišja, a po Švedskoj trenutno postoji oko 64.000 javnih skloništa koja bi sedam milijuna sretnika mogla zbrinuti od eventualne nuklearne prijetnje.

Stožer za javnu zaštitu ove je godine od vlade dobio 100 milijuna kruna za inspekciju funkcionalnosti dotičnih lokacija, kako bi ih se pripremilo za eventualnu potrebu, zlu ne trebalo.

Nekadašnja školska zgrada u mjestu Ljungbyju, udaljenom dva sata automobilske vožnje od Gothenburga, postala je jedna od najpoželjnijih nekretnina ne samo u Švedskoj, nego i u čitavoj Europi. Razlog tome ne krije se u 490 četvornih metara koje se protežu na dvije, ukusno uređene etaže, pa čak ni u pitoresknom okruženju ruralne Švedske, već u činjenici da diskretno stubište vodi prema atomskom skloništu koje vlasniku jamči sigurnost u slučaju napada nuklearnim oružjem, piše Jutarnji.

Zgrada sagrađena 1970-ih godina, kada je hladnoratovska paranoja bila na samome vrhuncu, desetljećima je bila u vlasništvu lokalne samouprave, tek je 2002. došla u ruke privatnika. Igrom slučaja, od ovoga je tjedna ponovno "na bubnju", barem onim kupcima koji bi za takvu nekretninu mogli izdvojiti 16 milijuna švedskih kruna.

No, stručnjak za nekretnine Micael Steneland tvrdi da je i njih same šokirala potražnja za takvim sadržajem te ističe da im upiti pristižu iz čitave Europe.

- Mali broj vizionara je nekoć mogao predvidjeti da će atomska skloništa u kućama dati dodatnu vrijednost nekretnini, a još je manji broj njih od tog "dodatka" napravio neki zabavan sadržaj, poput privatnog bara, saune ili sobe za zabavu - objašnjava The Guardianu.

Trenutni vlasnik je Kenneth Clausen. On se, naime, ne smatra "preperom", katastrofičarom uvijek spremnim na smak svijeta, već poduzetnikom koji je slučajno "napasao" na interesantnu i povoljnu nekretninu čiju je "dodatnu" sobu, iz vlastitih razloga, odlučio prenamijeniti u funkcionalni bar s bogatom kolekcijom alkoholnih pića.
