Jedan od najvećih hrvatskih brodara, dubrovačka Atlantska plovidba, krenula je u prikupljanje dodatnog kapitala za obnovu flote. Istovremeno, među vodećim dioničarima došlo je do znakovitih vlasničkih rošada, što je izazvalo nagađanja da je na pomolu preuzimanje najvećeg dubrovačkog brodara. Kao potencijalni kupac spominje se moćna Tankerska plovidba, iz koje zasad demantiraju namjeru preuzimanja, piše tportal.hr.

Nakon odobrenja Hanfe, Atlantska plovidba je prošlog tjedna krenula u prikupljanje svježeg kapitala. Aktualnim pozivom postojećim dioničarima ponuđen je upis najmanje 348.875, a najviše 697.750 novih redovnih dionica. Za cijenu pojedine dionice u javnoj ponudi određen je raspon od 53,50 do 60 eura, a konačna cijena bit će utvrđena nakon okončanja upisa, ovisno o pristiglim upisnicama i ponuđenim cijenama.

Javna ponuda traje do 11. listopada, a smatrat će se uspješnom ako bude upisano i uplaćeno najmanje 348.875 dionica. U slučaju uspješnog odaziva, Atlantska će prikupiti između 18,7 i 41,9 milijuna eura. Svježim kapitalom kompanija planira unaprijediti trenutnu flotu ugradnjom novih pročišćivača kako bi se prilagodili regulativi manjeg zagađenja okoliša, ali i pomladiti je nabavkom nekoliko novih brodova, piše tportal.hr.

Jedan od najvećih hrvatskih brodara, dubrovačka Atlantska plovidba, krenula je u prikupljanje dodatnog kapitala za obnovu flote. Istovremeno, među vodećim dioničarima došlo je do znakovitih vlasničkih rošada, što je izazvalo nagađanja da je na pomolu preuzimanje najvećeg dubrovačkog brodara. Kao potencijalni kupac spominje se moćna Tankerska plovidba, iz koje zasad demantiraju namjeru preuzimanja, piše tportal.hr.

Nakon odobrenja Hanfe, Atlantska plovidba je prošlog tjedna krenula u prikupljanje svježeg kapitala. Aktualnim pozivom postojećim dioničarima ponuđen je upis najmanje 348.875, a najviše 697.750 novih redovnih dionica. Za cijenu pojedine dionice u javnoj ponudi određen je raspon od 53,50 do 60 eura, a konačna cijena bit će utvrđena nakon okončanja upisa, ovisno o pristiglim upisnicama i ponuđenim cijenama.

Javna ponuda traje do 11. listopada, a smatrat će se uspješnom ako bude upisano i uplaćeno najmanje 348.875 dionica. U slučaju uspješnog odaziva, Atlantska će prikupiti između 18,7 i 41,9 milijuna eura. Svježim kapitalom kompanija planira unaprijediti trenutnu flotu ugradnjom novih pročišćivača kako bi se prilagodili regulativi manjeg zagađenja okoliša, ali i pomladiti je nabavkom nekoliko novih brodova, piše tportal.hr.

Atlantska plovidba kreće u prodaju dionica? Evo tko bi mogao biti potencijalni kupac

Jedan od najvećih hrvatskih brodara, dubrovačka Atlantska plovidba, krenula je u prikupljanje dodatnog kapitala za obnovu flote. Istovremeno, među vodećim dioničarima došlo je do znakovitih vlasničkih rošada, što je izazvalo nagađanja da je na pomolu preuzimanje najvećeg dubrovačkog brodara. Kao potencijalni kupac spominje se moćna Tankerska plovidba, iz koje zasad demantiraju namjeru preuzimanja, piše tportal.hr.

Nakon odobrenja Hanfe, Atlantska plovidba je prošlog tjedna krenula u prikupljanje svježeg kapitala. Aktualnim pozivom postojećim dioničarima ponuđen je upis najmanje 348.875, a najviše 697.750 novih redovnih dionica. Za cijenu pojedine dionice u javnoj ponudi određen je raspon od 53,50 do 60 eura, a konačna cijena bit će utvrđena nakon okončanja upisa, ovisno o pristiglim upisnicama i ponuđenim cijenama.

Javna ponuda traje do 11. listopada, a smatrat će se uspješnom ako bude upisano i uplaćeno najmanje 348.875 dionica. U slučaju uspješnog odaziva, Atlantska će prikupiti između 18,7 i 41,9 milijuna eura. Svježim kapitalom kompanija planira unaprijediti trenutnu flotu ugradnjom novih pročišćivača kako bi se prilagodili regulativi manjeg zagađenja okoliša, ali i pomladiti je nabavkom nekoliko novih brodova, piše tportal.hr.
