Posljednji film u kojem ulogu najslavnijeg svjetskog špijuna igra Britanac Daniel Craig, 25. po redu u franšizi o agentu 007 i prvi koji režira Amerikanac. Zbog pandemije covida-19 u kina stiže s godinu i pol zakašnjenja, a uz 143 minuta trajanja najdulji je u povijesti serijala.
'Za smrt nema vremena' (No time to die) prava je riznica kurioziteta koji i nakon premijere zagušuju prostor rezerviran za filmske osvrte. No, dim nakon vatrometa polako se razišao, a promolio je pred nama Bond skroz ukorak s vremenom, fabularno pitak i dograđen dosad nezabilježenom obiteljskom sastavnicom. Redatelj Cary Joji Fukujama zanatski vješto kormilari dvoipolsatnom epopejom koja sadrži sve elemente 'bondovštine' iz prethodna 24 nastavka. Možda i pokoji viška.

Tu je nakazni zlikovac, psihopat spreman za uništenje planeta sofisticiranim oružjem, tu su zgodne žene, fina odijela i egzotične lokacije, od Jamajke preko povijesnog gradića Lecchea do Norveške. A kako ništa pretjerano nije dobro, tako se i ovdje, barem vremenski, moglo uštedjeti kakvih pola sata, primjerice kraćenjem šumske potjere u središnjem dijelu filma.
Dosjetka s Bondovim očinstvom simpatična je, što se ne može reći za forsiranje njegova rivaliteta s tamnoputom agenticom 007 (lik Nomi glumice Lashane Lynch stenje pod teretom plošnosti i stigme moguće nove Miss Bond). Glumački blijeda Lea Seydoux malčice je napredovala u odnosu na rolu u prethodniku 'Spectre', ali samo zato što njezinoj junakinji Madeleine fino pristaje majčinstvo.

Od ženskih aktera najdojmljivija je epizodistica Ana De Armas kao FBI-a agentica Paloma koja vrckavošću prikriva mnoge vještine, a stilom priziva klasičnu bondovsku eleganciju. Što se gospode tiče, Daniel Craig se, u doslovnom i prenesenom značenju, bombastično oprostio od junaka s kojim se srodio još od Casino Royala 2006.
Makar su mnogi tad osporavali njegov izbor za agenta MI6, sad se kritičari opravdano i sa zebnjom pitaju tko će i kako Craigov brend odmijeniti za upravljačem blindiranog Aston Martina.
Američkom 'uljezu' u ulozi redatelja, Fukujami, treba odati priznanje za nekoliko spektakularnih akcijskih scena na zemlji u moru i pod ledom, snimljenih kreativno i s mnogo strasti.
'Za smrt...', međutim, loše stoji s negativcima i to mu je ozbiljna mana. Oskarovac Rami Malek nimalo se nije potrudio svog antagonista Lyutsifera Safina izdići iznad ponavljajućih grimasa i iritantnog naglaska.

Neuvjerljiv je čak i u trenutku šokantnog završnog obrata, kad bi trebao trijumfirati. Christoph Watz kao arhetipski Bondov neprijatelj Blofeld, vođa SPECTRE-a, prekratko je u kadru da bi nas stigao uznemiriti svojom zloslutnošću.
Sve u svemu, za oproštaj s plavookim vlasnikom 'dozvole za ubojstvo' dobili smo hibrid svih dosadašnjih 007 filmova kojemu je, uz Craigov ranije potvrđeni odlazak, bogato naslijeđe najveće breme.

Posljednji film u kojem ulogu najslavnijeg svjetskog špijuna igra Britanac Daniel Craig, 25. po redu u franšizi o agentu 007 i prvi koji režira Amerikanac. Zbog pandemije covida-19 u kina stiže s godinu i pol zakašnjenja, a uz 143 minuta trajanja najdulji je u povijesti serijala.
'Za smrt nema vremena' (No time to die) prava je riznica kurioziteta koji i nakon premijere zagušuju prostor rezerviran za filmske osvrte. No, dim nakon vatrometa polako se razišao, a promolio je pred nama Bond skroz ukorak s vremenom, fabularno pitak i dograđen dosad nezabilježenom obiteljskom sastavnicom. Redatelj Cary Joji Fukujama zanatski vješto kormilari dvoipolsatnom epopejom koja sadrži sve elemente 'bondovštine' iz prethodna 24 nastavka. Možda i pokoji viška.

Tu je nakazni zlikovac, psihopat spreman za uništenje planeta sofisticiranim oružjem, tu su zgodne žene, fina odijela i egzotične lokacije, od Jamajke preko povijesnog gradića Lecchea do Norveške. A kako ništa pretjerano nije dobro, tako se i ovdje, barem vremenski, moglo uštedjeti kakvih pola sata, primjerice kraćenjem šumske potjere u središnjem dijelu filma.
Dosjetka s Bondovim očinstvom simpatična je, što se ne može reći za forsiranje njegova rivaliteta s tamnoputom agenticom 007 (lik Nomi glumice Lashane Lynch stenje pod teretom plošnosti i stigme moguće nove Miss Bond). Glumački blijeda Lea Seydoux malčice je napredovala u odnosu na rolu u prethodniku 'Spectre', ali samo zato što njezinoj junakinji Madeleine fino pristaje majčinstvo.

Od ženskih aktera najdojmljivija je epizodistica Ana De Armas kao FBI-a agentica Paloma koja vrckavošću prikriva mnoge vještine, a stilom priziva klasičnu bondovsku eleganciju. Što se gospode tiče, Daniel Craig se, u doslovnom i prenesenom značenju, bombastično oprostio od junaka s kojim se srodio još od Casino Royala 2006.
Makar su mnogi tad osporavali njegov izbor za agenta MI6, sad se kritičari opravdano i sa zebnjom pitaju tko će i kako Craigov brend odmijeniti za upravljačem blindiranog Aston Martina.
Američkom 'uljezu' u ulozi redatelja, Fukujami, treba odati priznanje za nekoliko spektakularnih akcijskih scena na zemlji u moru i pod ledom, snimljenih kreativno i s mnogo strasti.
'Za smrt...', međutim, loše stoji s negativcima i to mu je ozbiljna mana. Oskarovac Rami Malek nimalo se nije potrudio svog antagonista Lyutsifera Safina izdići iznad ponavljajućih grimasa i iritantnog naglaska.

Neuvjerljiv je čak i u trenutku šokantnog završnog obrata, kad bi trebao trijumfirati. Christoph Watz kao arhetipski Bondov neprijatelj Blofeld, vođa SPECTRE-a, prekratko je u kadru da bi nas stigao uznemiriti svojom zloslutnošću.
Sve u svemu, za oproštaj s plavookim vlasnikom 'dozvole za ubojstvo' dobili smo hibrid svih dosadašnjih 007 filmova kojemu je, uz Craigov ranije potvrđeni odlazak, bogato naslijeđe najveće breme.
