Funkcionalnoj hrani raste popularnosti zbog njenog terapijskog potencijala, u prvom redu u suzbijanju kardiovaskularnih bolesti, koje su danas najveći krivac za preuranjenu smrt.

Istraživanja pokazuju da su sjemenke lana možda među najboljom funkcionalnom hranom za uklanjanje začepljenja arterija nakon što je jedna studija, objavljena u American Journal of Physiology - Heart and Circulatory Physiology, pokazala da smanjuju stvaranje plaka za čak 40 posto. Sjeme lana i laneno ulje imaju nekoliko zdravstvenih svojstava koja su se pokazala korisna u prevenciji kroničnih bolesti, a jedan od njihovih glavnih sastojaka je SDG lignan - protuupalni polifenol koji se suprotstavlja učincima ateroskleroze.

Imaju i druge zdravstvene prednosti

Male zlatnosmeđe sjemenke najbogatiji su prirodni izvor alfa-linolenske kiseline (ALA), koja može pomoći u održavanju zdravog srčanog ritma i spriječiti bolesti. Mljeveno laneno sjeme također pomaže kod simptoma menopauze, može pomoći protiv zatvora, dijabetesa, visokog krvnog tlaka i boli, iako je potrebno više istraživanja kako bi se to potvrdilo. U nekim istraživanjima pomoglo je poboljšati funkciju bubrega u osoba s lupusom. Uz to, lanene sjemenke sadrže proteine, vlakna i lignin - biljne kemikalije s antioksidativnim učincima.

Funkcionalnoj hrani raste popularnosti zbog njenog terapijskog potencijala, u prvom redu u suzbijanju kardiovaskularnih bolesti, koje su danas najveći krivac za preuranjenu smrt.

Istraživanja pokazuju da su sjemenke lana možda među najboljom funkcionalnom hranom za uklanjanje začepljenja arterija nakon što je jedna studija, objavljena u American Journal of Physiology - Heart and Circulatory Physiology, pokazala da smanjuju stvaranje plaka za čak 40 posto. Sjeme lana i laneno ulje imaju nekoliko zdravstvenih svojstava koja su se pokazala korisna u prevenciji kroničnih bolesti, a jedan od njihovih glavnih sastojaka je SDG lignan - protuupalni polifenol koji se suprotstavlja učincima ateroskleroze.

Imaju i druge zdravstvene prednosti

Male zlatnosmeđe sjemenke najbogatiji su prirodni izvor alfa-linolenske kiseline (ALA), koja može pomoći u održavanju zdravog srčanog ritma i spriječiti bolesti. Mljeveno laneno sjeme također pomaže kod simptoma menopauze, može pomoći protiv zatvora, dijabetesa, visokog krvnog tlaka i boli, iako je potrebno više istraživanja kako bi se to potvrdilo. U nekim istraživanjima pomoglo je poboljšati funkciju bubrega u osoba s lupusom. Uz to, lanene sjemenke sadrže proteine, vlakna i lignin - biljne kemikalije s antioksidativnim učincima.

Funkcionalnoj hrani raste popularnosti zbog njenog terapijskog potencijala, u prvom redu u suzbijanju kardiovaskularnih bolesti, koje su danas najveći krivac za preuranjenu smrt.

Istraživanja pokazuju da su sjemenke lana možda među najboljom funkcionalnom hranom za uklanjanje začepljenja arterija nakon što je jedna studija, objavljena u American Journal of Physiology - Heart and Circulatory Physiology, pokazala da smanjuju stvaranje plaka za čak 40 posto. Smatra se da je za te učinke zaslužno nekoliko spojeva jedinstvenih za lanene sjemenke, piše Živim.

Prepune hranjivih tvari

Nude bogatstvo zdravih masti, vitamina i minerala, a već se tisućama godina koriste kao tradicionalna hrana i lijek u mediteranskim kulturama. Sjeme lana i laneno ulje imaju nekoliko zdravstvenih svojstava koja su se pokazala korisna u prevenciji kroničnih bolesti, a jedan od njihovih glavnih sastojaka je SDG lignan - protuupalni polifenol koji se suprotstavlja učincima ateroskleroze.

Imaju i druge zdravstvene prednosti

Male zlatnosmeđe sjemenke najbogatiji su prirodni izvor alfa-linolenske kiseline (ALA), koja može pomoći u održavanju zdravog srčanog ritma i spriječiti bolesti. Mljeveno laneno sjeme također pomaže kod simptoma menopauze, može pomoći protiv zatvora, dijabetesa, visokog krvnog tlaka i boli, iako je potrebno više istraživanja kako bi se to potvrdilo. U nekim istraživanjima pomoglo je poboljšati funkciju bubrega u osoba s lupusom. Uz to, lanene sjemenke sadrže proteine, vlakna i lignin - biljne kemikalije s antioksidativnim učincima.
