Novi prometni režim oko Grada ide na Gradsko vijeće. Ako ga većina prihvati, a to je izgledno, ta odluka itekako će utjecati na život Dubrovčana u novoproglašenom Užem središtu Dubrovnika. I to devet mjeseci u godini. Od Ilijine Glavice do Zlatnog potoka.

Na petnaest kucanih stranica u 30 članaka određeno je tko će moći, a tko se neće moći voziti oko povijesne dubrovačke cjeline i kontaktnom zonom. Radi se o prvoj takvoj odluci u Hrvatskoj i oni koji su je pisali pokušali su predvidjeti sve scenarije. Pa i mogućnost da se prema Gradu zaputi ‘jahač na jahačkoj životinji‘, kakav pčelar koji vozi košnice, traktor s plugom, labudica i šlepa za velika vozila i radne strojeve. Njima, naime, nema prolaska ispod javne garaže. Iznimno valjda ako se recimo pčele budu rojile na Maloj braći.

Nakon idućeg tjedna tako bi trebali bi dobiti propusnice,zelenu, plavu, žutu i smeđu. Iščitavajući birokratski tekst, ispada da za građane nekih velikih promjena neće biti. Svi koji koriste PPK kartice za tu zonu moći će prolaziti kao i do sada. I oni koji je nemaju, ali imaju osigurano parking mjesto. E sad, trebat će donijeti gomilu papira. Broj registracije, kopiju osobne ili uvjerenje o prebivalištu odnosno boravištu, uz dokaz da je auto vaše. Tu je i dokaz da ste vlasnik nekretnine, da u sklopu nje imate parking mjesto koje će nadležni provjeriti postoji li i u stvarnosti, pa podaci o članovima obitelji koji koriste isto vozilo... Dobro, ne morate ići u gradsku pisarnicu, možete sve skenirati i poslati on line aplikacijom. Iako bi ove iz Grada trebalo podsjetiti da svi imamo OIB.

Ukucaju ga i sve im piše. Ma dobro, nećemo cjepidlačiti. Sve je jasno kao dan, sve je digitalizirano, trebalo bi raditi kao švicarski sat, ali.. Naravno da ima ‘ali‘ i duži je od ta tri slova. Recimo, što kada netko iz Mokošice tko nema PPK za tu zonu ode u jedan ujutro u dežurnu apoteku na Stradunu uzeti lijek? Što će oni iz Župe i Konavala gdje nemaju dežurnu apoteku? Što ako nemaju kompjuter, nemaju pametni telefon, pa ne mogu koristiti aplikaciju?

Što ako nestane interneta, a unas je to redovita pojava? Znači li to da će ta gradska služba raditi 24 sata, svakog dana tih devet mjeseci u godini? Subotom, nedjeljom i praznikom. Što ako turistu koji je odsjeo u Lapadu zatreba lijek? Hoće li pored svog auta ili iznajmljenog morati koristiti taksi i to samo onaj koji ima dozvolu?

A kad smo kod taksista, kako će se tretirati prolazak obrtnika taksiste koji živi u Zlatnom potoku, a recimo, vozi za Uber i nema ugovoreno stajalište s Gradom pa nema dozvolu za taksiranje oko Grada? Kako će sustav znati ulazili li u Uže središte grada kao stanar, amo ga nazvati, Pero ili taksista Pero? To nismo uspjeli iščitati u predloženoj Odluci. Svi Dubrovčani itekako žele da se rastereti promet oko Grada ali puno je tih ‘ali‘.

Novi prometni režim oko Grada ide na Gradsko vijeće. Ako ga većina prihvati, a to je izgledno, ta odluka itekako će utjecati na život Dubrovčana u novoproglašenom Užem središtu Dubrovnika. I to devet mjeseci u godini. Od Ilijine Glavice do Zlatnog potoka.

Na petnaest kucanih stranica u 30 članaka određeno je tko će moći, a tko se neće moći voziti oko povijesne dubrovačke cjeline i kontaktnom zonom. Radi se o prvoj takvoj odluci u Hrvatskoj i oni koji su je pisali pokušali su predvidjeti sve scenarije. Pa i mogućnost da se prema Gradu zaputi ‘jahač na jahačkoj životinji‘, kakav pčelar koji vozi košnice, traktor s plugom, labudica i šlepa za velika vozila i radne strojeve. Njima, naime, nema prolaska ispod javne garaže. Iznimno valjda ako se recimo pčele budu rojile na Maloj braći.

Nakon idućeg tjedna tako bi trebali bi dobiti propusnice,zelenu, plavu, žutu i smeđu. Iščitavajući birokratski tekst, ispada da za građane nekih velikih promjena neće biti. Svi koji koriste PPK kartice za tu zonu moći će prolaziti kao i do sada. I oni koji je nemaju, ali imaju osigurano parking mjesto. E sad, trebat će donijeti gomilu papira. Broj registracije, kopiju osobne ili uvjerenje o prebivalištu odnosno boravištu, uz dokaz da je auto vaše. Tu je i dokaz da ste vlasnik nekretnine, da u sklopu nje imate parking mjesto koje će nadležni provjeriti postoji li i u stvarnosti, pa podaci o članovima obitelji koji koriste isto vozilo... Dobro, ne morate ići u gradsku pisarnicu, možete sve skenirati i poslati on line aplikacijom. Iako bi ove iz Grada trebalo podsjetiti da svi imamo OIB.

Ukucaju ga i sve im piše. Ma dobro, nećemo cjepidlačiti. Sve je jasno kao dan, sve je digitalizirano, trebalo bi raditi kao švicarski sat, ali.. Naravno da ima ‘ali‘ i duži je od ta tri slova. Recimo, što kada netko iz Mokošice tko nema PPK za tu zonu ode u jedan ujutro u dežurnu apoteku na Stradunu uzeti lijek? Što će oni iz Župe i Konavala gdje nemaju dežurnu apoteku? Što ako nemaju kompjuter, nemaju pametni telefon, pa ne mogu koristiti aplikaciju?

Što ako nestane interneta, a unas je to redovita pojava? Znači li to da će ta gradska služba raditi 24 sata, svakog dana tih devet mjeseci u godini? Subotom, nedjeljom i praznikom. Što ako turistu koji je odsjeo u Lapadu zatreba lijek? Hoće li pored svog auta ili iznajmljenog morati koristiti taksi i to samo onaj koji ima dozvolu?

A kad smo kod taksista, kako će se tretirati prolazak obrtnika taksiste koji živi u Zlatnom potoku, a recimo, vozi za Uber i nema ugovoreno stajalište s Gradom pa nema dozvolu za taksiranje oko Grada? Kako će sustav znati ulazili li u Uže središte grada kao stanar, amo ga nazvati, Pero ili taksista Pero? To nismo uspjeli iščitati u predloženoj Odluci. Svi Dubrovčani itekako žele da se rastereti promet oko Grada ali puno je tih ‘ali‘.

Uvodi se novi prometni režim oko Grada: ‘Ali‘ je puno duže od tri slova

Novi prometni režim oko Grada ide na Gradsko vijeće. Ako ga većina prihvati, a to je izgledno, ta odluka itekako će utjecati na život Dubrovčana u novoproglašenom Užem središtu Dubrovnika. I to devet mjeseci u godini. Od Ilijine Glavice do Zlatnog potoka.

Na petnaest kucanih stranica u 30 članaka određeno je tko će moći, a tko se neće moći voziti oko povijesne dubrovačke cjeline i kontaktnom zonom.
